I have a pineapple guava tree. It’s taken many years for it to start producing. Now I have so much I don’t know what to do with! I’m going to make some jam to give away as gifts. ❤️
I've just made some today its really really lovely if u like quava you will love it.on toast with some philadelphia cheese and on top the jam it's out of this world.i peel mine grate the quavas( with pips )weight them and add the equivalent sugar half a lemon juice ,and boil till it thickens and take away any froth that forms on top.stirring very often
Thank you! I just bought guavas and didn't know what else to do with them besides eat them raw. Your recipe is really simple. I'm not a cook but I think I can do this! 🤔
My grandmother used to make this when I was a kid, and I loved it so much and always wanted to learn it someday.. unfortunately she's no more but thank you so much for sharing the recipe I'll definitely make it :]
That's not what I've learned and to be quite honest am not bashing u or anything it's the better way u can leave it out on the counter for a veryyyyyyy long time. When u r done making it it will look almost transparent

Thank you so much. My guava cheese was so grainy from the seeds. I will mash it rather than blend it. Thank you thank you!

One question does the guava have to be ripe?
yes, otherwise it'll be difficult to mash it.
