- My first day landscaping, I always wondered how to read blueprints. I went around to every single person I knew and asked them how I can read them, they always made it seem more complicated, but I always thought to myself, "I will NEVER know how to read a blueprint..." But, after a few months of trail and error, I figured it out! I wish that I had a course or video showing me how, but I could never find one. If you're in the same boat as I once was, hit the link below, I'll show you exactly how to read plans and write contracts!!

you should star in a TV show. always entertaining and informative! nice work
Great info T! Always learning from what your company does. Keep up the great work!
Yes T, water may permeate through over time, definitely need drainage behind wall.
That’s common sense don’t act like you know something
Nice job , really nice!
Bro stay dropping sauce
What?
@@caseythelawnartist9111 that “sauce”. Basically good content with sauce to make his content it even better. So food but the sauce emphasizes it.
@@saulgmez2839 no... I know what sauce is. What? As in what the fck are you nuts... The shorts are garbage. Go back to long format with facts an information.. the "sauce" isn't helping anything.... Sauce just covers up shit cooking 😂
I’m here to learn!
Everybody needs a Jose. I learned that a long time ago.
much support t
San Francisco city college has a great blue print reading class.....and it was free.
😂😅😊 love your videos!
Concretes permeable, that’s why they waterproof basement walls in the north, the water will wick through and have water spotting and some efflorescence. Good call on the drainage fabric
Not all concrete is permeable, otherwise they wouldn't make concrete damns out of concrete.
Concrete cracks on thin basement walls, tree roots, seismic ground shifts... that's why they seal coat basements.
@@siliconvalleylife2.048 they waterproof the dams or use asphaltic concrete as a core, standers concrete is not waterproof primo, over time the water will wick through, go outside and pour water on concrete, see where it goes?right into the concrete.
@@siliconvalleylife2.048 also, all concrete cracks no matter what 🤷🏽♂️
@@michaelibarra2947 it evaporates or runs off the concrete.
Water can go through 12 inches of concrete been a waterproofed for 20 years
Mira drain will do it
Ez
When the camera man doesn’t get close to the plan.
He’s fired
Ey brother I want to join goat gang

There's actually dozens of "actual free" videos on UA-cam that show how to read a landscape blueprint.
They suck
I do architectural drafting… it’s been years… ten years ago, I did a free chief architect program… loved it, I need to invest in something now, planning on going with that one but do you know what landscape guys like nowadays? Esp something with good 3D … thanks
it’s called an easement, setback’s are not the same thing, all properties have easements, always call dig to find out if any easements are being used by utility companies. FYI always being used
setbacks are locations where walls or any structures can be placed. These are set by local municipalities. always check the city, an example of a set back is say a customer wants a 6 foot tall wall in front of their house, you ask the city how far the setback is from the curb of the street.
That mirror drain is istalled backwards actually like it suppose to be
Felt on dirt
Do you promise ?
Concrete is porous water will find its way through!
I’ve seen water come thru the concrete from the ground
Needs waterproofing or drains papa
I’m viewer 666 !!
If saying you’re gonna sue as a joke isn’t something I wouldn’t advise someone to say. T, watch out
It’s called form setting for concrete not framers come on now
Would have been a great video if your camera man actually zoomed in to the blueprints, to see what you were talking about 😤 🗑️
With the knowledge tigran is giving you, you can start reading your own blueprints.
Watch the course I made. You might learn something lol
That’s a 6x12 beam bro not a 4x

nobody cares
Yeah no body cares.
Life is all about money. Having it, losing it, spending it, wasting it. Lol
Are those plans even stamped by an engineer? Lmao
