- Atlanta rapper Young Thug, born Jeffery Williams, faces multiple charges under Georgia's RICO Act. Williams, believed to be the leader of the YSL collective, supposedly operated a "criminal street gang" from outside his residence. Williams faces eight charges in a 65-count indictment. These charges include drug possession, possession with intent to distribute, and participating in criminal gang activity as an individual employed by a criminal street gang. Opening statements will take place on November 27.

Chile no cap I think of that every day and honestly seeing how they run things as a Fulton County resident. It makes me afraid of how many people they have wrongfully accused and sentenced. I think at this point given everything going on with the DA also knowing that that’s her office, anything that they have led for prosecution should be scrutinized and overturned as per the findings.

@@Str8Chelle i’m with everything you said these are all the things I talk about all the time SMH he had just released the album when they got indicted. He never did get a chance to go on tour. I remember that they and I say they it was like him and Gunna had a date for rolling loud that summer that they never made it to. He’s literally missed millions of dollars and I’m sure he will sue the heck out of the state of Georgia as he should. Because they violated his eighth amendment right. You have the right to a bond and a fair and speedy trial and at this point, they have violated all of those amendments.

Prosecutors who charge anything they feel like and judges protecting their reckless behavior and decisions should be embarrassing. But it's obvious judge Glanville doesn't care about defendants getting a fair trial.. steel was cooking there witness and now 8 days later he still can't finish....I would be absolutely terrified to live in Fulton county

Another thing, this judge seems to think what the state is golden. He doesn't believe Steele when he said Bean told him he was in the hospital, but instead depends on what love says about it. I knew that incident was a coverup and the officer involved shooting was just that. Officer involved. The officers testimony was so inconsistent during cross. The officer should’ve been impeached when he lied about where he was located outside of the car and how he could only see 2 out of 3-4 people inside of the car.
