Well, seems like Quantum Break has nearly every feature a genuine game needs.
1. Realistic graphics
2. A lot of fun
3. A really nice and fitting OST
4. A well fitting and dramatic storyline
I just pieced together by looking him up that Shawn Ashmore is an actor in that ABC cop show “The Rookie” playing Wesley Evers, it’s so cool seeing him in many forms of media and such different roles, truly a talent. (Edit: I know 8 yrs later and blah blah blah, just got excited)

To possibly explain being able to move stuff while time is frozen, it seems that Jack can move things that touch him because for the brief moment he touches something its in a way part of him, and since he exists outside of time, he can move it normally.

I like to think that the healing mechanic in this game is his body subconsciously reversing the effects of the last couple of seconds on his body.
So not, I guess rewinding his bodies age in a sense, not sending him back in time, but clearing the bullets out of himself etc.
