Believe it or not ppl do sit and watch these long video, I actually enjoy the videos. And I just started my own trucking company too and I still watch truckers videos. I will start doing mine too. I enjoy your videos and other truckers videos too. Love your truck! Keep up the good work and videos. Stay safe out there!!
Man I found ur channel a few months ago and it inspired me to start backing my logging videos and I’m glad I did! Keep posting and imma keep watching bro 😎🙏💯 much love
Should consider getting some LED work light mounted on the back of your sleeper so you can have light shooting to your trailer and work area, but I dont know how you would do that and still have a super clean sleeper. If you had a headache rack it would all come together pretty good. Look up carlile trucks or most trucks in Alaska. Everyone has those xvision led pod lights mounted to their sleeper or headache rack and it really helps working behind the truck and backing up in low light situations
Bro u handed the get out turn like a BOSS💪🏽!!!!! Btw could you have gone straight into that other lot right I front of you then cut back loop around to the left and got on that road that way ????
I legit just got into dispatching and I’m already ready to quit my day job and get my cdl 😂 something is wrong with me I’m 5ft tall idk why I think about it 😂but I do want to expand to have my own trucking company even if I never drive one I’ll just stick to big suvs . But I watch all these trucking videos and day dream about driving like a kid smh
the second drop you made I’ve delivered pipe there from Valley Nebraska for valmont I had three drops on was Portland Salem and Harrisburg I do like the longer videos 👍
I was in Millersville Pa. In fog and I couldn’t see the hood of the truck, thankfully it didn’t last long, it’s scary, buy the time I would see an exit it was too late to get off and hide out until it let up
Yea, just like angel said we do sit here and watch the whole video lol. These videos come in clutch when I’m at a shipper or receiver lol. Hopefully my next truck will be a 389 and with your vids I feel like I’m driving one. I’ve never driven a long hood, I assume it takes some getting used to?
I appreciate what you do. You're a role model for young dudes. I don't mean to be racist or anything like that but we need more black people doing normal stuff, on the internet, to set a good example. Show them kids that you don't have to be an outlaw to make money and live a good life. I'm sick of the media and celebs brainwashing black people, telling them that it's not cool doing a "white man's" job.
Living the same dream since I was 17 and bought my first truck out of high school,I'm 61 now and wouldn't have chosen any other way, you will doubt sometimes but you never loose the luster,ps haters? I learned a long time ago the moment you put the truck in gear we are hated because of slowing the yuppies down, you do this for YOU,ps,don't listen to truckers bitch cause they haven't changed since late 70s when I started, they just bitch cause they want to lay on the couch and drink beer,it is what you make it,and I've made it this long with zero accidents and minimum tickets,I don't care for much content on UA-cam,but you remind me of,well me...F the haters and keep the great attitude, and I still wave to other truckers,JD
I swear last comment,it's just I'm reliving my youth,I would take this anxiety laced day as you are over any job in the world, over here when I was your age I built an R model Mack and stretched it 6 feet and ran NYC for five years with it hauling pavers,my only complaint is that I won't live another 100 years,my ride is not over yet and it's Sunday mother's day 2022 and I'm fixing a wheel seal, keep up the good work and if anybody is watching take note of his attitude,it's not all about F this and that, watch and learn,ty for your channel..JD
As a new owner op I like to see what other owner ops are doing…your videos allow me to see other perspectives in the industry. What logs are you running? I am local as well and don’t run logs unless I go over 150 which is not very often.
@@trucking4racecars also as I was running heavy haul and oversized. In order to get into tight spots I would drive 1/3 of the truck passed the road and then would jack knife the truck to get into spots. It also allows the truck to be straight as you pull the trailer through the turn. Just food for thought.
Won't leaving it split in high ruin your tranny, I might be paranoid but I noticed on all the trucks I ran high side, low range, 7th would always kick back out after running like tgat
Dude you got the best looking rig of all the trucking You Tube Videos, but you definitely need to mount some bright work lights on the back of the sleeper, your alway loading in the dark
Yes sir...I hear what you are saying about the car hauler with the down pipe...I don't know if drivers do crap like that because of how you have your rigg set-up & you have pride in what you do & in your rigg or there're just plain jealousy or evil raised-up wrong. Different crap has been pulled on me also, your not alone. I checked out Velox18, kool Dude & PETE.
I know that first stop is a rough one. It is getting out of his facility is rough as well ecpsecially if they have equipment in there. You should have seen it before the widened that drive way. It was rough in a day cab with a 40' trailer.

Question on that tight turn getting out of your first drop... you think using that parking lot across the turn would have made it easier ? Just pull in there and circle around... Thanks for all the content.
Yeah that was my second choice. Usually they have a stump there so we can’t make go into their driveway. But I wanted to see if I could get out if I didn’t have that option
@@trucking4racecars I'm new to trucking only had my authority for 2 months. Every trip out is that stressful for me LOL Hoping to grab a load outta Albany to Kenniwick next week. My plan is to tough it out in my daycab for a year and grab a new Pete. All this info helps so much. 👍Oregon weather ain't like So Cal lol
Just keeping up on washes go a long way with stuff staying clean and I use a few different wheel polished to keep up the shine it’s been raining so much I don’t wash the truck much at the moment
Bro you should get an editor. 10-15 minute blogs would be cool. Highlight reel your videos would be cool with me. I’ll still watch a hour video, shit I watch multiple videos totaling up to an hour in a day. Keep grinding bro, 💯
Sir really enjoy all your videos and your down to earth humble talks. Much respect for you and the knowledge I learn from your Driving Skills and Techniques.
