@@onedollasnake damn I’ve actually heard quite a few people say on Reddit that their iPad Pro’s USB C port failed on them, which is interesting 🤔 I’m glad yours worked again but I wonder how common this is.
I bought this IPad when it first launched in 2020 and its still going strong. Battery is still good, it lasts 1.5 days on moderate usage. I got the LTE version and only use it on Wi-Fi now but with the 11 in 256gb version has been a beast of a device. I got it in 2020 and the device has aged well. For me the 11inch has been the perfect size. The device has never felt slow. I watch videos, do light typing work with a Bluetooth keyboard, and play games. It’s my laptop substitute and has delivered for my needs. I don’t plan to upgrade anytime soon.
@@arturoledezma7380hey I would if you don’t plan on GAMING on it. I use mine for work and watching movies so I don need to upgrade as what I do for my iPad is not heavy.
I'm still using iPad Pro 12.9" 2020 for content consumption, social media & gaming, like Genshin Impact or Wuthering Waves. And to me, it is still overkill, an absolute beast for a 4 years old gadget.

Fair enough bro. I recently sold my 10.5” iPad Pro because it started becoming a little chuggy performance wise and the battery life wasn’t as great anymore. But in hindsight I could’ve probably replaced the battery and kept using it.
i have this ipad, my mom bought it for me when it when it first came out during the pandemic for online schooling. i used it for written notes, typed papers, illustration, and at the time, genshin impact. i’m in my first year of university now, and while i’m not pushing the battery playing genshin (just some gacha rhythm games - 3D animation for those is doing good), i don’t see myself replacing it anytime soon. still doing the same stuff, and i recommend for school if you’re not doing anything with special software (i’m a criminology major, writing-based content.)
Fair enough. I don’t think I could ever justifying getting an iPad Pro new for my usecase, which is literally just watching UA-cam and Netflix on it lol. If anything the only reason I’m looking forward to the OLED iPad Pro is that it will allow the Mini-LED iPad Pros to get cheaper lol
@@SaranByte Yes but OLEDs will be better for a content consuming as You ]Tube and Netflix! There is no better than OLED as to watch vids. Otherwise why would you need a mini-LED over what you already got? No real benefit. Mini-LED brought extra brightness and better Blacks than traditional LCDs especially useful features for a content watching but now with OLED coming these extras are no longer worth for that same reasons and for the rest Daily tasks LCD is still more than enough. i can’t believe apple got away with releasing an older chip ipad PRO the same year they released the ipad air with a newer chip… and it’s the same chip they used in their previous ipad pro from 2018!
Nice video, I got mine refurb last July and v happy with it, sound and video quality both v good. I was thinking of upgrading in the next year as it won’t support the new AI from Apple. @@davidlazarus67 fair enough. I think I might get an M1 refurbished to try out and see how it compares to this 2020 model. I have warmed up to the 12.9” size a lot, but I definitely don’t need the horsepower the M1 has so if I can live without Mini-LED, I will likely keep using the 2020 12.9”.

Probably the 12.9 inch version for the bigger screen
