@@latroyahandy4262 You sub with any sort of creamy fruit like 1/2 frozen Banana, 1/2 C frozen mango, 1/2 C frozen pineapple, etc. For a lower carb option, you can pre-steam some cauliflower or zucchini and freeze those. They’ll also give the smoothie a creamy texture without affecting the taste too much.

I love avocado in smoothies!! Great way to add healthy fats, and it makes it creamy like nothing else does!
