Definitely, If it would have sold out quick they would have kept making it, Would have been a sick combination in the 9th Gen (Wouldn't be impossible to do a 6 Speed swap from the Coupe though), I'd say the 2018 2.0T 6 Speed is a worthy replacement though considering the aftermarket for it already surpassed what the V6 was getting. Hopefully social media can push it to keep the sales up. Sometimes something doesn't sell because people didn't know it existed lol.
I bought one a couple months ago with 120k, these are really great cars. Decent gas mileage, enough power to get out of your own way and then some, comfortable, spacious, and flat out fun to drive. Get some bigger brakes for the front though, it makes a big difference.
Currently driving the 2-door version of the V6 manual 6. This model was built to last, is very solid and drives like a rocket. Don't know who gave it up, but just wanted to say thanks for selling it to someone in Texas who sold it to me.
I have a co-worker that I just bought a 2006 6speed V6 coupe exl. Around $2000 136,000 miles. My son just graduated high school and is so happy. It is hard to find manual transmission Accord’s. I still have a 1998 Prelude SH, 1996 Integra GSR hks turbo, and 1996 Honda Accord wagon all manual transmission cars.

The clutch pedal behavior you describe is pretty much what my 11 impreza 2.5i does. I think it represents a reserve capacity in clutch wear. As the clutch wears, full engagement will get closer to the top pf the travel, but I’m not sure.
Recently just picked up a 6-6 sedan for a steal last month. 119k miles in Dark Grey, 1 owner. Such a great and rare car! Other one I found for sale was 2 states away lol. #Sleeper
The 6-6 sedans from 2006-07 are becoming rare and expensive. I found a 2006 EX k24 5M, car was a fixer. Nice, but still on the lookout for a 6-6. I had to do ball joints, CV axle, alternator, rear shock/strut combo. Nothing really like it today (relatively light car, sporty ride and quick for its age). The k24 manual is about 2 sec slower 0-60 than the V6, 7.5 sec.
As someone who's owned the k24 5 speed and the j30 6 speed, that 2 seconds is like night and day. I also slapped in a j32 in place of the j30 though, but even before I swapped the engine it's a huge difference. They really should have offered the TSX k24 for the accord, that would have almost been as good as the j30.
