So much home for the price, the pool looks so inviting, surprised to see the tub in that first room, the game room looks like fun for hours. Assertive kick, those first shots in the outakes were clippers basketball but that Lakers hook shot was the best 😂. Did Bryan really lock the wine storage lock and run off 🤣 ? Awesome tour.👍. Great house tour! Love the grand foyer entry! Loved all the amentities! Just needs a golf simulator room then it would be absolutely perfect. Btw the floors in the rotunda and hallways are herringbone, not chevron. The brick in the wine cellar is also herringbone.

That mansion looks interesting even though i personally don't like when houses are near the ocean. That walk-in closet looks bigger than my master bedroom. Nice kick (15:31) you did at that home gym by the way. I wish i could someday live in a big mansion with a large built-in movie theater included but since that's never going to happen because of my financial limitations ' it would be nice if i could at least visit one in person through a home tour. You're my favorite home tour guide on UA-cam.

@@SierraSchottsTours One of my reasons why i don't like houses near the ocean because of potential massive floods/Tsunamis that can damage people's property. My current home is near a river but i don't like living in any home that's near any bodies of water involving lakes, rivers, ponds, and oceans. It's amazing whenever big mansions provides excellent outside view.

The outside is massive and well laid out. Impressive.
I was not a fan of the main living areas. But I understand it's subjective.
However, I really like the bedrooms and bathrooms. And that first laundry room was amazing. The entire downstairs area was to my taste.
All those bedroom were nicely done too.
And once again, brilliant camera work, which is always appreciated.

House isn't bad, looks like money, certain class, fairly lustrous location :) I think I would have done the ceiling differently, more integrated instead of a detached shell hanging under the real ceiling. You can still have ornate arches, cloister ceilings, etc just integrated. Detaching it makes it seems light whereas classically it would be quite robust.
I'm surprised that in high end architecture where money is not an object we haven't yet seen AI security systems. Today it's easy to make AI that intelligently watches all activity and can even address any intruders before they reach the house. Even address them by name from a social media lookup. Indeed an adequately sophisticated system could act against intruders. Should be a pretty strong selling point and cool factor. A built in custodian. A house that is alive. For instance the strange fellow at the tennis court didn't need to be there :)

I personally like Palos Verdes more than plenty of LA areas. LA tops for nightlife and culture, but Palos Verdes is more beautiful and serene being right next to the ocean.
