Another great house showing ❤❤❤. The camera shots and views were very good. The master suite bathroom toilets with no doors presents an opportunity for married couples to get even more personal from a distance 😂. Nothing private about that hau.😅
Nice modern. Can't go completely wrong with that. I have a few must haves for a house design: skylights, sliding glass doors, free standing tub in front of window with a view and concealed door hinges! somebody pass me the smelling salt :) Curious sliding doors on the south end. I've never seen that before. They can't slide past each other, you can only play with the cracks. Which might be fun, don't get me wrong :)

Beautiful home, but for this price you can buy nicer homes with better flow in Beverly Hills. This house is a little weird. The lavatory countertops are way too small ( yes, I want a door! ), the white doors are too industrial, the gray tile is bland….the whole vibe is junior college sheik. And, then there are those odd small rooms in the basement….maybe make them a panic room (?). Who wants an office with no windows and no space at this price? And, traffic noise on the patio! Just a lot of nitpicking disagreeable little things that will make you move on as a buyer. This house needs to be re-thought, and the tour should start at the front door.
Standing free tubs are ok, but I like the kind you can have jets or arm rests in them and I prefer doors with my toilet, even if I’m the only one in the bathroom. 🤷🏾♂️ 😅 Keep the funk behind closed doors, if you catch my drift. 😅

A washing machine & dyer in every bedroom ( There was like 16 washer/dryers in the house ) glass bedroom doors ... Toilets with glass windows allowing people on the balcony to see you ... But your de-stressing in the bath watching the sunset and Hubbie wants to take a dump 💩 Divorce pending I think 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

So much space in this gorgeous home honestly I got lost from the primary upper restroom to the outside dinning area and the rooftop deck 😅 but the foliage privacy around the rear of the home seems so tranquil. Awesome tour as always, so calm and mellow yet with so much detailed description and information. I have visited Casa Vega now that I remember, I believe it was 2 years ago that they had a fund raising plate that the Foo Fighters had came up with(R.I.P. Taylor 🙏). It's right down the street from Dave's Hot Chicken, have you had Dave's vanilla shake 😋.

This is a really quirky layout. The upper deck with BBQ and pool looks great for parties except if you want a drink, the bartender is like 4 floors below you. Not very practical. Plus no motor-court and really narrow streets don't allow for much parking for your party guests. The entry looks more like a small hotel lobby than a private home. And I'm presuming the "hey look at me" toilet is for "her" since that bathroom has the tub, bigger closet and make-up station; not sure what the statistical breakdown would be but it just seems that there would be more guys into that open toilet area than ladies. Not everyone's cup of tea and the house would probably need a super creative owner that likes having a very edgy home rather than a more practical one.
Thank you for the feedback! I will say that at least you do have an elevator to transport drinks and there was a bar at the top level near the pool. It definitely will take a creative owner, but I loved how they added that turquoise tile in the shower and match the toilet area.

You should put yourself as the focus and maybe tweak the color of your shirt or something for that pop of color so it stands out when people scroll. The home can serve as the backdrop. Right next to you I would put the text. Personally, I would nix the cost of the place and highlight the coolest thing of the home like, "Hollywood Hills View" or "Kitchen of Your Dreams". I would maybe do a Google Trend search on homes and see what's hot - highlight that. Also, try a solid bg color behind the text. Sorry for being long winded - does it make sense, though? Hopefully, others chime in to this response so you get a more well rounded response.
this place has some nice features, but some of the space is utilized weird, and seems a bit too sterile to me at times. also, i feel like i’m the odd person out since i don’t really see the value in having a lot of extra space. like, the kitchen is nice, but there’s sooooo much extra space to just walk around in(?). i like everything to have a purpose so seeing so much open space seems like such a waste to me; i get it’s a big deal for most people, though. also, do most people not worry about privacy with all the windows? the views are nice, especially that shot from the primary suite, but i’d be paranoid of people looking in all the time lol anyways, thanks for the video, they’re always so much fun to watch! c:
