I feel like we could have a whole episode about Wicked XD I still advocate for just professionally filming Broadway shows, but this turned out so well it gives me hope for Broadway adaptations again!
House Of Flame And Shadow is a average book to me by Sarah. I gave it three ⭐️ Christine’s old books channel is now more silent. But it’s still good to get some content from her on this Podcast.
not only was wicked a phenomenal film but it’s also so, so important. i feel like it’s eerily relevant to what our society is going through politically/socially. one of the main messages of the story is that your voice matters. we as the audience see elphaba standing up for a marginalized community that is being oppressed and silenced. she isn’t afraid to go against the status quo if it means helping others. at the end of the film she chooses to do the right thing instead of the easy thing. right now in our world it often seems like the people in power do not care about us, like the wizard in the film. but as long as we the people continue to help each other and use our voices even when it’s hard there is hope. i also feel like it has a wonderful message for especially kids who see the film about friendship and acceptance. i hope it inspires them to befriend or defend someone at school who is being picked on or excluded, and teaches them that friendship can be found in even the most unlikely of places. omg so sorry for this essay😂
OMG wicked was so freaking good. Need a whole episode talking about it and the first time you ever heard/experienced movie/stage production I’m glad y’all loved house of flame and shadow I wish I could have but I really thought it dragged and that nothing was at stake because we knew Sarah wasn’t going to kill any of the characters we loved which didn’t seem realistic compared to the enemy they were fighting. Again I’m glad you guys had a different experience with it

i'm so glad someone else noticed ariana's eyelashes - they drove me crazy the entire movie!!
nitpick, but "was CAST" not "was casted"
