The amount of research and graphical presentation breakdown that goes into each episode is astounding. I must say I always welcome more of these information comedy shows. John Oliver, Samantha bee, now hasan, the daily show-this is a great way to educate people and keep them engaged. It also helps that everyone involved in these shows is both incredible funny and talented and dedicated to accuracy and fact checking. Comedians are now doing some pretty impressive journalism/education. I know so many people who are more informed about issues and the world because of these people. Hassan’s show is very good too. I love that each show has a host from a different background because I’ve found it incredibly informative hearing from a different perspective. I’m a white guy from the south-as much as I want and try to understand and support diverse people, I will never know their experiences firsthand.
This is the situation in my country. The entire media is dancing in lap of ruling govt and the news channels serve us bullshit that divides society in name of religion.
