Just stumbled upon your channel and it is a real treat. I love that you are saving this "trash" from the river. You are helping our precious earth in a tiny but meaningful way.
Thank u for taking out the broken glass with you . When you ride a horse the glass can do some damage to them and all the wild life that travels around. Thank you so much God bless you.
I love how you left in the (slip in the mud) incident. Helps to keep the feel of being a part of the Adventure Archeology family.Glad you weren't hurt. That would gave been horrible to try to get back to the truck with a bum ankle or something Stay safe Brandon. Awesome video today and an awesome adventure and as always thanks for taking us along
Morning Brandon aka Adventure Archaeology! I was so happy finding this! Knew there was a NEW video coming out today! And it was a creek hunting one! My favorite! Thanks for giving us another enjoyable experience walking with you! Thanks Brandon! 😃❤️👍
I am loving your Alabama Mudlarking & have so much Appreciation & Respect for doing your part in cleaning up the River. Thanks for being one of the good guys!
I know it’s not about bottle digging, but I do appreciate the views in the creeks too, especially when you can see fish in the beautifully clear water. Not many treasures but a lovely video no less.❤
Brandon the quality of the water helped you really see better. My favorite find was the old soda you saw on the bank, that will be a great whiskey glass. Thank you for the compliment of being a old viewer, Friday is my favorite day waiting to see what yall find, keep them coming
Brandon, your channel is always very real and upfront. There's some guys from my state of KY that I had to un subscribe to because I made a comment about something I thought would improve their videos and they had to be very rude and showed their true colors. So all my friends followed suit. You never stop being professional on your channel. Much appreciated. Keep it up please.
I love watching your videos, even after all these years. They're always interesting, even when nothing much is found. You and your family are so nice and it makes you a pleasure to watch. Thanks!
What a fun explore! The fragment you found was of George Washington and I believe dates to late 1800's early 1900's. There was a smaller one of Martha Washington that was usually sold with it. Nice finds, Brandon!
Tires are the responsibility of the state employees governing waterways & those whom put them in the waterways. The state is lucky that you care to collect glass as a hobby & that there are likely less glass in foot related injuries in their state. I was able to aid a young man who had been casually walking along the side of a local road and stepped on a piece of broken glass. It was no bigger than a quarter, yet had managed too perce a very thick sole of his athletic shoe. Over an inch. He had nicked an artery and the bleeding was not stopping on its own. Paramedics had too stablize his wound & he had to be admitted to the hospital locally for further care & observation. So, please, do continue picking up broken glass. More power to you that you discovered a way to make further arrangements in profitting from your finds. Cheers.❤
Love getting the creek! Don't find too many Mountain Dew bottles up here in Indy. I like those ! Keep up the videos Brandon always enjoy them. I watch every Friday. I may not always comment cause I usually watch on the TV., but always give a👍 thumbs up!
Yes your camera is great can see how clear the water is - this vid is great keep going to the creeks. There are some good long gloves you can use for days like the one you have you might want to look into getting some and you can still have good finger manipulation.
Here in WV my son and I LOVE “Treasure Hunting” we have found sooo many jars and broken glass I have started separating the glass by color so we can repurpose it with something fun! Also finding pieces of pottery with designs on it is always the best!
I just came upon you video. I'm loved your video, thank you! The insulator you found, reminds me of my Pappap, he collected them, all different sizes, glass and ceramic ones. The first time I went up into my attic with my Insurance guy, I was shocked to see knob and tube, plus that was how my entire seconds floor had electric lighting. We had to disconnect and update our electric then call for a follow up with the Insurance guy. He said, if we had a fire, we would not be covered. But, their were numerous insulators. They are beautiful. Funny thing, our electric bill went up after that.
This is another awesome video. When I watch your videos, I think some of the bottles and jars would make awesome makeup brushes and toothbrush holders.
Love u all whatever u do digging, creeks, metal detecting. We forget to say thank you like family u get comfortable but U all are my go to !! Keep up the videos
Brandon , love the creek walks even if they don't produce $100.00 bottles . You have this Alabama boy shivering just thinking about how cold that water is in Dec.
My brother in law worked for Pepsi when they introduced Mountain Dew. The truck drivers had to dress up like hillbillies. He really didn’t like the dressing up part..I think they were living in Montgomery at that time. Thanks for all you do to make our planet look better. Blessings from SC.
I ran a tire shop here in n carolina for 35 yrs and the e p a tires would cost you 3-5 dollars a piece to get rid of that is why most of them ended in creeks and roadside
I can't believe all the cool glass you're finding! Has to be because of the mining that you mentioned. So cool! And I love that your wife repurposes some.
Couldn't see the flat "lid" too well, but it looked like a canning jar insert. If you'll show it again once you've cleaned off the gunk, might be able to give a more definitive answer.
Absolutely love your videos, especially bottle creek walking and digging for bottles. Actually I like all of your videos especially when your wife is involved.
Loved the little white glass jar. I live on a river & will pull out a tire when one is uncovered. People don't realize how hard it is to get just one tire out, let alone all the tires that are in rivers. I find that couch sitters complain while doers clean what they can & are good for the environment. Love your videos.
Your searching for old bottles is cleaning up the creek bed for others to safely walk there in the future, for the broken ones can do serious foot damage,Tires are fish homes.Good content really enjoy your walks that you take us all on...........................................................Fort Worth,Tx
Yeah man those tires are heavy also. It takes a lot of time to clean them out and wash them out. Keep doing what you do. I pick up rubbish everywhere I go and the only way you can look at it is understanding that you simply just can't get it all but what you do get makes a difference.
Congratulations on all the new subscribers, Brandon! I always check your subscriber count whenever I watch a new video of yours, and I am constantly surprised that you haven't hit 100,000 yet! Here's hoping that's right around the corner for you. Couldn't happen to a more deserving guy. Thanks for another great video, by the way.
I have cans of marbles, my dad use to pick them up everywhere, plus ones when he was a kid and of course mine and my kids . I’m 67 so you know they are some old marbles
…wow, gorgeous scenery- I’m so glad I’m on your channel-your commentary is marvelously educational-AND I saw that stopper last week deep blue as I recall-you are teaching me so much-joy right along with it-amazed you spot what you do! water must be incredibly clear-not sure I understand how water stays so clear as you traverse it-thinking silt would muddy rather quickly-I’ll learn!
People all over these days seem to have no problem littering, but I can't understand why the waterways in Alabama are so trashed out! I have to hand it to you Brandon that you are a pretty brave person to sift through all that garbage to find the occasional treasure. In spite of my critical comment I really enjoy your videos and you have become a familiar friend, even though you don't know me! Keep'em coming!
I feel guilty, but when I wintered in SC. I lived in a gated community The people who lived there always.dumped their trash in the woods on the opposites side. It was like a dump. The litter is just horrendous in some areas. Just to lazy to walk to the dumpster.
I walk a creek in my own city. He's explained that in the old days, everyone threw garbage in family dumps often near creeks and rivers. It was commonplace. I've lived in 2 European counties. Their creeks and rivers are the same way. It has nothing to do with location.
You’re making me want to get out and detect. It’s been frozen here for months. I did go out yesterday and found a ghost town here in Oregon called Geneva. Unfortunately all the buildings I saw on the map were on private property. We did find an old cemetery but obviously not gonna dig there. Can’t wait for spring to get out there. Thanks for taking us along in the meantime.
The little shell is an olive shell, Brandon. The creme jar at the end looks like a Colgate Creme Deodorant, I found one with the lid intact, while detecting!❤

Thanks for taking us out on another lovely treasure hunt, Brandon!
Thank u for taking out the broken glass with you . When you ride a horse the glass can do some damage to them and all the wild life that travels around. Thank you so much God bless you.
Do you pick up the glass you see when horseback riding?
Absolutely! No matter where you go, if you made trash - take it with you!
You didn’t leave empty handed found some nice treasures. Always fun to go along when you are searching!
I love how you left in the (slip in the mud) incident. Helps to keep the feel of being a part of the Adventure Archeology family.Glad you weren't hurt. That would gave been horrible to try to get back to the truck with a bum ankle or something

Awesome video today and an awesome adventure and as always thanks for taking us along
Hey Brandon can you send me the link to the online store?
@@randallwelch463 Hey Randall just checkout adventurearchaeology.com
I remember my sister drinking TAB in the 70s. Gotta be the nastiest tasting soda ever!
Agree! Plum Yuucch!
The makers said, This Ain't Bad... so it stuck (TAB)
You had to be a fool to drink Tab while eating something sweet, like an apple. Hence the name of the infamous Moron Tabandapple Choir
They were awful. My grams drank them. She got us kids, Shasta. 😊
You were correct, until Zevia came out. I'll take TAB over Zevia any day of the week.
I remember the Tab commercial with the lady coming out of the water. I hate commercials......not that one though.

You may not have found a lot of valuable bottles, but what you did find was awesome. I loved the marble! I've never seen one like that.
Couldn't see the flat "lid" too well, but it looked like a canning jar insert. If you'll show it again once you've cleaned off the gunk, might be able to give a more definitive answer.
