Thanks a lot from an old man in India looking to change his 220 cc cruiser to the RE Meteor 350. Your review was very useful foe me as I am short and also plan to use this mostly in city riding. You have given me the confidence to go for this bike. Thanks again; 👍👍👍👍🙂🙂🙂🙂
I am glad this helped. You're welcome. 👍👍
I finally have mine. Couldn't be happier. Does everything I need. There are no downsides. Best bike ever.
Congratulations on the new bike! Have fun and ride safe. 👍👍
Lane splitting is illegal in my country but after 50 years of riding, this is the most fun I have had. Last bike was a R1100RT. Nice job.😎
I live in the USA and lane splitting is only legal in California.
A few other states now allow it, but with more rules than California.
I’ve thought about keeping the cat and replacing the muffler with a straight pipe. The sound this makes is encouraging.
I could agree more, I've had mine for over a year now and ride my bike in a very similar manner for my daily commute for making vids for my channel.
I enjoyed my test ride on the Meteor 350. My only complaint, was that I'm not used to foot forward controls, and kept on putting my feet in the wrong place after I'd stopped at junctions. That said it was really smooth, and easily capable of cruising at 100kph.
Once you get the muscle memory it's easy and second nature 😊
@@kevindarkstar Almost certainly. I test rode the Meteor whilst my Conti GT was in for it's brake recall. Since I'd already fitted K-Speed pegs to the GT, it really wasn't a foot position I was used to. Thoroughly enjoyed riding it though, and would have bought one, but for the fact that I didn't want to sell any of my other bikes to make room ;-) (RE 650 GT, Kawa GPZ750 and Kawa KSR110).
Smashing my meteor around laos now... It's magnificent... 🎉❤

No problem with splitting bro. Only do it when it safe and avoid huge truck vehicles like the plagues
thanks to your review I will buy it !
You're welcome! I'm glad this helped. 👍👍
Gone from a Kawasaki VN 900 custom cruiser to a 350 Enfield Red and Chrome Classic.
Soul and Character has come back to bikes with no bloody modes.
Bored with lumpy bikes that are clumsy on B roads and towns compared to small capacity nimble machines.
Freeways?not suited
60 is its sweet spot which for many is too slow.
But everywhere else is just pure fun recapturing the 60s to perfection.
Lmao I liked your shout out to the virago for its tight wheelbase, they are pretty agile for what they are. If i was in the market for a new bike a vstar 250 might make the cut. Yamaha has been making them for almost 40 years and you can still get a new one in canada
Meteor 350 one if the best
Have mine for a year, awesome investment
I’m buying one.
Great review, thank you. How tall are you for reference?
Cheers, Christian
Thanks! I'm 6'1 with a 32 inseam
Lane split pa karne asada kana nxt
Another "mini" cruiser. How are you still alive riding like that?
I ask myself that question also. 😆
I have had my Meteor 350 for a year and a half. I agree with your statement about getting more for your money with this motorcycle. Your review was interesting but watching you split lanes was like riding a thrill ride at an amusement park!
That just another day as motorcyclist here. You should see the delivery riders when they have a job to complete. 🔥
@@TheManoy66 You should see the delivery riders when they have a job to complete. 🔥 Can't agree with you more -🙂🙂
Better without that stupid exhaust
