I have brought that to their attention and you’ll see them every now and then on Brad the Builder episodes as we’re going to be building the greenhouse in the next three weeks… So maybe they’ll get the idea of having an ongoing UA-cam show with their chickens in organic farming👍
Man oh man that house is beautiful your team is amazing. I can see why you always bring donut’s 😅. What’s the time frame until it’s completed. What’s the cost for flair’s house?? That secret gun safe door is awesome I need one. Everything is coming together can’t wait for the next video
Got to keep the subs fed with donuts… That’s always a crowd pleaser! It should be completed this week, I’m a little behind schedule! I’m not quite sure what the total cost was but it averaging around $300 a square foot
@@BradtheBuilder yeah, that is a beautiful home. Perfect property even a great space for the kids. Awesome. I cannot wait to see the final video or the completed video. Never stop shoot those videos man they’re awesome.
Hey brad, you seem to be able to sprinkle the magic on flair, you should get him to get “Insane Pools” to come out and build him a dream pool and spa with his dreamy house! (Unless your crew also does that stuff) Get a big a** grotto or 3, get some built in fire places with a built in bar you swim up to, idk, he’s going this far, might as well lol
I just lined him up with the pool guys and added a little bit of my input… Then he took it from there, so I’m not quite sure what they’re going to be doing? I hope it’s going to be awesome because I’m his neighbor.!!😜
You should hire project managers to help you manage and schedule each independent contractors per house, so that you can relax or focus on other things.
@@BradtheBuilder when you build your barn or main house you should have either or both setup for 1 or more car lifts like a 4 post lift so you can make more vehicle storage space

I would have thought he would have wanted to use a thicker larger book, I don't see that small thin book holding up very well. I guess if you took all the pages out and glued a piece of wood the size of the book inside it for strength, then it may work.
The good subs are the ones that stick around for decades and the good GC’s are the ones that won’t hire anyone else. Going on a multi generational 40 year relationship here
I'm going to be honest. It looks like a door for the safe. The way the cabinet was put into the wall like that. It looks like there is something behind it like a safe door. I thought the cabinet was supposed to be sitting on the outside like a real cabinet?
That’s significantly harder to pull off, it can be done, but that’s not what they chose to go with in this situation. It’s really more of a novelty than anything else. You and I are sitting here on a video with 100,000 other people who know that flare has a gun safe, hidden behind the bookshelf, it’s not like they’re actually trying to hide it. Two people can keep a secret….provided one of them is dead. Somehow I doubt Brad is prepared to go Ramseys on the crew in order to protect the “secret of Flair’s bookshelf”
@@Matt-yg8ub I'm not saying that it doesn't look great because it does and I understand that there is 100,000 people watching. I was just saying it does look like a door and if flair put the bookshelves on the other wall like he wants to it's really going to look off and like a door.
@@colewhitehead3385 oh, it definitely looks good, and you’re right it does stand out, it’s just a novelty to have it. My cousin has a walk in gun safe like this, same size vault door and everything :-) he had it for five years before I even knew because he didn’t bother trying to hide the door in a wall at the base of the stairs like that, access to the vault was through a locked closet behind the utility room….and I never went in there or questioned the broom closet :)
Unfortunately, I just watched your video. If I had seen it last year, I would have let you know that the VA will pay for a vet’s house to be wheelchair accessible and any needed additions for his disability. I promise it's coming from a good place - I'd really, really like follow along with them. I'm sure between Andrew & yourself they could get a pretty good base of subscribers and I know I'd watch!
Best wishes!
Heather🇨🇦
@@philliphunt5660 thanks Phillip!
Make a note as long as people keep watching them ❤️👍
The video I been waiting for
Hope we didn’t disappoint you?
Hey brad, you seem to be able to sprinkle the magic on flair, you should get him to get “Insane Pools” to come out and build him a dream pool and spa with his dreamy house! (Unless your crew also does that stuff) Get a big a** grotto or 3, get some built in fire places with a built in bar you swim up to, idk, he’s going this far, might as well lol
I just lined him up with the pool guys and added a little bit of my input… Then he took it from there, so I’m not quite sure what they’re going to be doing? I hope it’s going to be awesome because I’m his neighbor.!!😜
@@BradtheBuilder uh oh👀 the best content is incoming, all the finishing, fun, make it how you want it type of stuff
@@camronking7947 yes! 👍
You should hire project managers to help you manage and schedule each independent contractors per house, so that you can relax or focus on other things.
I find this relaxing!
why would I let these managers have all the fun? I’ll keep them in the office. 😜
Good job brab I think you wrote it backwards
Did I ??🤔
@@BradtheBuilder when you build your barn or main house you should have either or both setup for 1 or more car lifts like a 4 post lift so you can make more vehicle storage space
@@hammertime1621 hello HanmerTime! I don’t think I’ve heard from you in a while🤔. Thanks for reaching out and I like your idea.
It seems that it's always raining over there 😂😂😂 here in Brazil the Summer it's over already... Good news for you ... Summer it's closer for you .😂🎉🎉🎉🇧🇷🇧🇷🇧🇷🇧🇷
Sure seems that way here in Nebraska… We have had six days of dry weather! 👍
Maybe edit the osha ladder violations out brad 🤣 love watching, just giving ya a hard time like everyone else
Was there somebody standing on the top rung of the ladder?🙆♂️
@@BradtheBuilder nah but homie looked scared on that makeshift ladder scaffolding lol
Damn that door is looking great who is that girl following you guys? Amazing video as always I can't wait for the next one
That’s Ainsley my cameraman’s girlfriend! I’ll make sure you guys see more of her because she’s really cute❤️
Brad, on your website when u click choose custom amount to donate it says $0 and isn’t able to change.
Click on Colin’s picture to see if that gets you to the donation part. Plus we just added a link to Go Fund Me page - thanks for your support❤️
7:00 - what in the world is a sports court? They do not look like the sporty type- this room is insane!
It’s a big play room! Kids can ride bikes, volleyball, basketball, soccer, etc… just have fun ( long winters here) 🤠
I still think 1 row of books looks skeptical but still looks good.
Not if you know, Andrew Flair… He doesn’t read books so he doesn’t have very many😜
Let's help our combat veterans out so he can spend more time with his family, people. We know the government sure won't.
You took the words right out of my mouth… Please help out where you guys can, every dollar counts🇺🇸
Thanks 👍🇺🇸
I would have thought he would have wanted to use a thicker larger book, I don't see that small thin book holding up very well. I guess if you took all the pages out and glued a piece of wood the size of the book inside it for strength, then it may work.
The problem is Flair doesn’t have any books… He doesn’t like to read unless there’s pictures to look at🙆♂️
Even though the cabinet hides it, I still know there's a gun room behind there.
But don't worry, I won't tell anyone. 😏
🎺🎺🎺
It’s our little secret!
@@BradtheBuilder but how are we going to keep Banjo quiet ?
You know he'll spill the beans. 😂
@@dalegereaux1863 good point!
The good subs are the ones that stick around for decades and the good GC’s are the ones that won’t hire anyone else. Going on a multi generational 40 year relationship here
You hit the nail on the head… It’s a partnership! Congrats to you👍
I'm going to be honest.
I was guessing a Dr. Seuss book 😂😂
That’s a good guess
Unfortunately, I just watched your video. If I had seen it last year, I would have let you know that the VA will pay for a vet’s house to be wheelchair accessible and any needed additions for his disability. I believe the only requirement is that his disability is VA rated. I only know this because I am a 100% VA rated disabled veteran myself. I do appreciate all you did to raise the money for him,
and other veterans as well. Thank you sir, your kindness and support is greatly appreciated!
Thanks for watching and educating me on what the VA will help out with!
I wonder how long the process takes to get improvements approved?
Thanks for your Service and hope you are doing well! 🇺🇸
@@BradtheBuilder The time it takes could be up in the air, they are not known for swift action 🤦♂️
Thank you, I am doing well. I am almost done with recovery after my 7th hip surgery. Fingers crossed 🤞 that it will be a permanent fix, at least for this hip 😂
It's not a secret when you show the whole world! Just think about everyone on the job and everyone you know, Now they know plus the world!
I’m hoping people have a short term memory😜
Did you meet the April 1st deadline?
I did not🙆♂️. But Andrew & Macy were OK with it… they wanted to get everything done.
Did Colin get his upgrades?
Yes! Colin was able to get everything he wanted for his bathroom ❤️👍🇺🇸
Thanks for your support🇺🇸
Hope to have my own armory someday!
You will! 👍
I hope you guys get that leak figured out in the gun Vault, alot of moisture coming into an area that you really don't want moisture lol
You’re right! That little league is driving me crazy… We’re going to get Chad the dirt guy out there next week and open up the front yard to get it fixed
You should get a book cover made to wrap the book with. Like a Flair Unofficial Biography by Brad Brown.📘 It's seems like you need exceptional organizational skills to build homes.🏡 Is that tub in place yet?🛀 That back splash is gorgeous!💙
The tub is finally set. It wasn’t very exciting to watch, but will show you the finished product real soon.!

When you going to do the pool for flair
Hopefully in the next 30 days… If it ever stops raining
Great gunroom, but not so secret when it's posted on UA-cam. I think you forgot to show us the combination on the vault door lock.

Brad, you should know better than to leave chocolate dipped donuts unguarded!! lol
My bad… I wasn’t thinking 🙆♂️
Lol Brad. I had a new Accord come back and the lady didn't like the bumper fit. I fixed it but she hit a curb. The bottom of her bumper scratched to hell. I hope GOD gives me the brownie points
I’m sure there’s some extra credit points somewhere waiting for you!
That gun safe cabinet the bottom needs to stick out it looks weird being flat
Those are not SOSS Invisible Hinges. They are a concealed hinge, but they are not SOSS.
Excellent video great content as always.
Thanks 🎉
The pot filler is the best invention in the kitchen
What about the dishwasher? That’s a much better invention than a pot filler😜
Is there a gofundme for Colin by chance or just support by going on your site? Either way good stuff Brad! Heart of gold and not to mention the work you do along with your natural instinct for attention to detail is awesome to watch.. keep up the great work!
