I love all of your videos! I’m so happy you love your stainless steel appliances. I’m old. We had to replace our dishwasher a few years ago, and all we could get was stainless steel, and I hate it! I’ve watched you clean yours, and they look stunning. Knowing then what I know now, I’d have ripped out the old one, and sit in the hole with my dishcloth and bottle of dawn! 😂 White appliances all the way!
For those who hate your stainless steel appliances - me too - the *original* Mr. Clean Magic Eraser, the one with no soap, no scrubbie side - works amazingly well. Slightly damp and then dry with a microfiber cloth.
I have glass reusable straws and I love cleaning the insides with that little brush... Fun fact: you do have to clean the insides.
A friend used one everyday in his 32oz soda pop drink cup. He had never cleaned the insides of the straw. When he took a paper towel and wrapped it around a chopstick, you don't want to know all the black, slimey stuff the paper towel gathered in just one pass.😮

Love the kitchen cloths! I use them to wash my dishes. I used to use the mini-microfiber towels but I like them much better.

Thank you for the tips. As much as I clean, I need to work on this to make it a quicker 10 min cleanup. I still like my stainless appliances and I also like the look of the appliances matching the cabinetry, but not always feasible.
I love matte white appliances but there's only the Cafe series which is double the cost of their ss counterpart. I have stainless and all are fingerprint resistant. It's life changing. I've never had the regular ss. I waited until it came out in the fingerprint resistant type. I even have a Bosch dishwasher that is fingerprint resistant. Love it.

I have a small townhouse galley kitchen, and bought all new WHITE appliances. It makes my kitchen look bigger and brighter. Stainless steel is fine, but in a large kitchen. Just my $.02. Thanks for all your helpful videos. 🇺🇸

I have gone with white appliances for the last 20 years. My last house was an old (almost 200 years) farmhouse. We had IKEA Adel birch cabinets and went with the white appliances because they all looked great together.
Now I’m living in a ranch house built in 1959. It has the original cabinets (sort of a warm brown wood) and had white appliances when I moved in. I stayed with the white when I replaced the stove. If I ever have the money, I’d love to get appliances from The Big Chill. You can get those in hundreds of colors! Maybe I’d get purple!

I have to agree. I personally dislike all stainless steel appliances. I know they can look nicer, but....well I just am not a good cleaning person.
Ugh, me too! Spent $4000+ on a fancy-pants Samsung with the video screen. Every time the compressor starts, it sounds se stupid cowbells that were so popular in early 00’s pop songs (Britney and Backstreet Boys, for ex). Drives me crazy!

We use Liquud Gold on our frig. It is the only way to clean it.
I do not nor have I ever liked stainless steel but I ended up needing a new fridge during covid and had no choice but to get stainless steel. I can now say I've had both non stainless and stainless and can speak with certainty that stainless steel is a pain in the **s. I wish I'd lived out of the cooler for a month and got whatever color came in first.

I hate stainless steel it does look nice but too high maintenance and I'm busy most of the time. I prefer to just stick to white. I have black appliances and they get dusty too

I always wanted stainless steel. When we remodeled I got my stainless and I don't like them. I don't need to have the extra task of polishing.

I guess stainless steel comes in different finishes now, for easier cleaning. My parents have one of the older stainless steel refrigerators and you basically need a belt sander to get the stains off it. How then is it "stainless steel"?

I don't know why, but I hate unloading the dishwasher. I also do all my cooking and baking from scratch, including preserving and canning food. Needless to say, my kitchen is always a disaster
When I go to buy the cloths, they come up at $19, not $15. Not sure why.
