I do a very interesting agility drill that is better for the other part of fight or flight reflex but it had the very interesting side efect of making my front kick back kick and sidekick strong enough to break an iron fence with them, or at least bend it with a single kick(with combat boots, not barefeet) what i do is runningwith weird patterns and very long steps...two steps foward, one to the side and repeat, then backwards, running in "s" shapes, zig zag with 3 steps in each direction, always moving foward and then backwards... One repetition each but on a 100m track... Now i can literally kick down an iron fence and outrun dogs(not because of my speed but because i can change direction faster than them, doing that enough means they cant catch me)

3 is good for beginner, then you can always do some stretching and cardio exercises on non TKD days. Once you start training more you won't get as tired so easy :)

I did have some knee problems but luckily it hasn't been bothering me lately! Will add that to my list of videos though!

Haha true! And yeah those running drills sound like they would really improve your agility a lot!

I would recommend going through all the drills 3-5 times. Basically doing like 3-5 rounds and each round = doing each drill once. Hope that helps!

When ever your body is up for it.
