Alex, that is so cool! When I was rehabbing my ankle a couple of years ago the PT used a floor ladder to help me regain balance. Nothing as fancy as your approach though.

How often should you do this workout to be effective?
Incorporate a couple routines every workout. Doesn't have to be a lot, just a few as a warmup, or for cardio. But should be frequently. At least every other workout. Depending on the goal of that session.
Just finished a competition and I got gold. But, I feel like I don't deserve it :(
Why? Were the opponents amateurs?
