the problem is when you have too much product and order it the restocker does nothing, you must take it and put it in storage and he will take it. that take a lot of time and I feel boring with it

Oh my. Thank you! I hired a stocker and had boxes on the floor of my store where I had it organized. And the stocker would take the boxes from in the store and place them on the rack. I was like no I don't have that organized yet 😂
I’ve encountered this myself. I’ve been trying to find info on it but, no luck yet. I thought I had broken it because I had picked up a box of the same product that they were stocking but, I saw it happen again when I didn’t do that. Hopefully they will fix it soon. -Jerz
Are you "dropping" them on the rack with G or left clicking to place them? If you are left clicking and it's not showing what is on there, it's possibly a bug.
I did some digging and the dev has said that there is a bug fix coming in the next update. Hopefully this will be corrected with the next patch. Fingers crossed. -Jerz

I think the confusing part is that it says "open" for you to place it
atlast he takes box first time and stuck near fridge now he cant move like npc

That's the problem I'm having, it's like he can't decide where to put it. I hope they do fix it soon, restocking is getting tedious.

It’s happened to me too. I would report the bug to the devs. I’m checking every day for a new update. Hopefully we get one soon.
