Advantages of production of foam concrete with the equipment "C.S.I." by "Foamrock" technology:
• Profitability - prime cost of material received on the "C.S.I." equipment lower in comparison with other types of the equipment. • Productivity - mobile and stationary complexes "С.S.I." allows to make from 3 to 30 m3 of foam concrete an hour «NON-STOP».

For delivery of the mini-plant to the place of production of works one trip of the small truck is necessary.
• High quality - density of foam concrete it is possible to vary from 100 to 1000 kg/m3, with the maximum error of 5%.
• Universality - by one installation it is possible to carry out monolithic pourings of the foundation, floors, walls, attics, flat roofs, emptiness of external walls, and also to produce constructional blocks and heat-insulating plates.
• The human factor - in this technology we managed to reduce a human factor practically to zero.
• Simplicity in operation - for work by this equipment highly qualified specialists aren't required.

Здорово! А скажите регулировать подачу можно? Или так все время шпарит? Ну скажем с 25 м3 в час до 5 м3 час. плотность не будет меняться.
Всё зависит от комплектации. В стандартной минимальной комплектации так и "шпарит". В средней переключать 5-10... В максимальной комплектации - 2 регулятора Плотность и Производительность.

Hello. It is insulation density 180kg/m3 with compressive strength 5 kg/cm2. For today to achieve loading strength for market price is impossible.

I and my company am/is located in Spain, Valencia Region.
Looking at your Promotion Videos I did not quite understand what you are trying to sel.
*FC construction Projects ? *your production Equipment?
*Your own concept of FC making I.e. Knowledge transfer?
* Your special foaming Agent i.e. hydrolised Keratin?
Plasticiser?
Any interested client with some FC knowledge would ask the same questions as I did.
Construction Business is very conservative. To convince builders, civil engineers and architects to use "new" Construction Materials i.e. FC you must convince them with strong technical and commercial Info. Your video does not give that info at all. That is the reason why i asked you.
You showed some FC blocks und panels. What is the specific density of those blocks and what are the applicable insulation values?. What are the advantages of your blocks compared with autoclav hardened cellular concrete made by Ytong, Hebel, Xella or similar brands? These brands have officiall certificates and are aknowledged building Materials. What about your self made FC blocks?
