If you want another build challenge, but something not transition era or modern era, I think it would be interesting to see old west themed layout, given that the Golden Spike 150th Anniversary is coming up later this year (2019) and that Trainboi1 just released Jupiter and 119 on Trainz Forge.
Yet another beautiful build, Mr. Medium! I like how you chose a small, shelf-style layout for this one. It reminds me of the trend in model railroading for The One Module Approach where it can be easier to start a layout, one module at a time, You don't feel so overwhelmed and can have something up and workable in relatively short time. Keep up the awesome work.
I thoroughly enjoyed watching this build, Switch Challenges are enjoyable to operate although there aren't too many of them it seems. Also I enjoyed the music choice for this episode!
This route layout is amazing. I like how you arranged the scenery items in the layout and the level of detail. It definitely has a NYC style to it with the apartment buildings and elevated girder structures
I absolutely agree with you about the mess that is the download station. Some of those names are sooooo cryptic! Like WTH is "that"?? I don't know how they could reorganize it now with all the content that is there, but I agree that something needs to be done to make it a little more friendly to people trying to find certain assets. Love this layout. I might D/L it and maybe find a way to incorporate it into the Live Stream Route. I think the developing area around Lakewood might be a good place for it. It would be an honor to have something in there that you created. Love the way you detail things out so well. I need to work on that.
That's how it usually goes for me. But the descrip says built-in or DLS. To get the unknown asset, you may have to ask the route builder what it is, or search online yourself for the kuid number. You may get lucky and find it. Also, I have T:ANE build 90945. Your version of Trainz may be an issue.
That's a possibility, Stephen. I can't use many older engines because of unknown asset issue. Some airhose mesh always missing. I would try to find the kuid number online in your case. Or maybe Trainz Forum. It may just be a tree, or other scenery item you can live without, anyway.
Great job.... Supplying the KUID for everything is fantastic. Just started building my first route after watching many videos here. It would be really helpful if everyone at least would supply a text file to download of assets or links to pay sites. Would help us and the linked sites as well. Not to mention bring many more followers to your site, great video idea thx for KUID
hey approach! in two days is my birthday and i have T:ANE and i was wondering if you can upload the Pennsylvania & Berwind route to T:ANE cuz i really want the newest version of the route and for me if you do upload it it'll be the greatest birthday present for me. THX for reading your fellow subscriber and biggest fan.
Hey AM! I’ve got an idea for where you could take your build challenge series. I do like the small model railroad style builds, and I think you should also build modular designs, such as a 1 baseboard build of an industry pr anything you’re feeling like, that could be extended by you or your fans!
Hey: Just thought I would let you know that I have been invited (and accepted) into the Trainz Beta Testing program. I actually announced it Saturday in the live stream. I am just now getting it all set to go. Don't worry, this will not affect the live stream route in any way. I have the Beta program on a completely separate computer. PS: Thanks for sharing this route. If (when) I use any part of it in the route, I will definitely give you the credit for it.
Have you ever thought about making an old west style layout? Considering that you mainly do modern/transition era routes, I think it would be pretty interesting.
i like how you called the layer details thing at 15:51 Stupid Details

This was great! I challenge you with ONLY using Auran-made content.

Good gravy that bridge!
I love your work you inspired me on Trainz driver 2
Good choice for the music. :-) Those air conditioner units, though... ;-)
I bet that was quite hard...Mr. Medium... xD
Good vid!
Great build. Thank you.
How did you made that map?
Downloading straight away! Lovely video as always 😉. Keep up the good work AM, and may the future bring more!
I think we've all wanted to do this at one point in our lives. 😃🚂

Beautiful job, AM. Installed from DLS and works 100% with no missing anything. Many Thanks.
I installed it and it says I'm missing a dependency, but there is NONE missing besides an unknown asset.

I have build 90959, so does that mean I can't use it?

I looked up the unknown asset's kuid number online, but I didn't see anything on it.
Haha Lit! Downloading it now! Might even be worth merging this route into one of mine or something

Does Trainz 12 have those layout plans?
Relaxing music...

If you do more diorama layouts in the future, could you do MR’s Winter Hill?
Great job, keep up the good work.
I'm interested in buying this game, but i have one question, how big can you build the maps ?
I got the Rogers Pass dlc on sale and that map is massive. Best bet is to wait for sales when want one the paid DLC items.
Great build man, could I have a link to the music perhaps?
Nice build dawg
Nice
Get it on JR!
Stunning!
This build was amazing could you possibly put it on the DLS
Never mind

What's It called?
I like the music! :D
“I didn’t want to make it too messy”
*Proceeds to trash the place*
This wouldn't be specifically a build, but maybe how about a remake of Industrial Wasteland?
Been watching your videos and wondered what scale you are using. Also, did you spend a lot of time downloading scenery items?
Pretty cool
Did you get the cars from DLS?
That’s a good one!
Hello fellow Wisconsinite! Good to see another "Badger State" resident in here.

You should cancel the music during the cinematics and we can listen to the train sounds like horn, engine, etc.
Not trying to say that in a mean way!
