How to Make a Gothic Fence

This a video on How to make a Gothic Fence. I use crafting stick called "Skinny Sticks",foam insulation and sandwich picks called 3.5"spirit arrow picks to make my Gothic fence. Some of the tools i use are a hand drill with different drill bit sizes, Hand saw, hot wire foam cutter and some pieces of 1/8 dowels.
