    Thanks for your regular time to time guidance. (That cobra pose we do by keeping the elbow straight and stretching the hands completely. Is this the right way or both ways we can do. )

      Hi Madhuri, the asana you are talking about where you keep the elbows straight is not Bhujangasana, thats Sarpasana, it's another asana. Both of them are healthy for the lungs and heart, although Bhujangasana has a stronger effect :)
