    What if I put creamed honey in a temperature of about 100 degrees Fahrenheit? That's the room temperature in summer
    Will the honey return to a liquid state ?

    What can I do if I had to little of the seed honey? My first batch and I just eyeballed the 10% and its not looking like the cream color.

    Does creamed honey have comb in it or is it just crystallized?

      It does not have comb in it. The key to making creamed honey is using some previously creamed honey as a starter mixed into your honey so the crystals are all that same fine tiny size crystal.
