The travelers without a passport or ticket, the drunk guy, etc. Meanwhile, some of it just felt a bit like a PR piece to me with specially scripted situations being filmed such as the fire readiness drills and big fire tests. I'll admit to being European which obviously opens the door to me feeling insulted, but I feel that, if this were a European airport, it wouldn't be nearly as much of a PR piece. (But maybe I'm just blind to it...) I've seen similar shows centering on Gatwick and Heathrow, but they seemed to focus more on factual showings of encounters with passengers rather than some particularly comedic ones involving a guy struggling to open a bottle or a guy wobbling off into the distance.

Kyle is extremely lucky to have a sister that would bail him out. My siblings wouldn't even try since I don't even try lol... When you travel, it is important to make sure you have a backup plan and extra cash or a way to access your funds/withdraw money. It is extremely irresponsible to expect someone, even a family member, to put things on hold for you or bail you out. I hope Kyle's sister had a nice lunch. Lady didn't know the rules which is disappointing given she had Platinum status (at that time you needed to fly 75,000 miles per year to claim the status). The mistake she made was she was assuming for the itinerary US > ICN > SIN > PEK would all be US concept (items you can check in). However, that only applies for travel to/from North America. If you stop over in a country like ICN, you are effectively breaking up the trip so you really have 2 trips: one from North America to Asia, and another one within Asia. Hence two sets of rules apply. That being said, I will say the frequent flyer status is amazing because you get to abuse the crap out of baggage policies. Just this January I flew Toronto to London Heathrow in economy with 3 checked bags for free (totalling about 90 kg), then flew economy from London Heathrow to Sydney (via Los Angeles) again 3 free checked bags totalling 90 kg.

I would one day love to work for an airline and one of the ones I would like to work for most is Singapore Airlines, watching this and seeing Changi again via other videos as well makes me miss Singapore more and more, such a lovely country with such a lovely community. Well worth a visit if anyone hasn't been before, I recommend it!

Kudos to Shaiful, he did a great job! Trust me it is easy to criticise when ure watching on ur phone, but when u carry a casualty in real life while wearing ur protective equipment etc, it's a whole different story.

Was stuck there for 7 hours waiting for my next flight. Stuck in a good way as it by far the most comfortable airport I’ve ever been to.

One of my fathers cousins was one of the higher ups at the O’hare airport firehouse in Chicago and we got invited out to take a tour and we got to ride out in the trucks to a practice plane, they lit the plane on fire and we got to see them put it out. We also got to go all the way up on a ladder truck and also in the ATC tower, I’ll try to answer any questions but this was when I was young so it might not be the best.
