- Obesity is a very common problem in office working people like banks etc. Frequent tea with unhealthy snacks is a major cause of obesity and poor health. Even the house wives are habitual of taking frequent small meals/ snacks at home. The choice of snacks is very important. Unknowingly people are habitual of taking unhealthy starchy, fried snacks that despite walk, gym and controlled regular meals the weight is a problem. How to control it? In this video firstly I have explained the poor unhealthy office snacks, calories and problems. In second part I have explained how to burn it. In third and last part I suggested healthy food, munches, snack options and their nutritional importance. Roasted chickpea, seeds like sunflower, pumpkin, melon, watermelon are the best options. I have lost 50kg. I did fasting . I skipped lunch . Then 9am to 5 pm fasting . In the morning I eat two roti small . One roti Bajara made and second roti multigrain. With root beet Kabab mixed with sweet potato. Three kabab . I don’t drink tea . I drink black tea with green tea and chamomile tea . Zero sugar . Then at 12 pm again I drink chamomile tea no sugar . Then eat 5pm same beet root Kabab mix with sweet potato small one . Nothing eating after dinner at 5pm if ever I feel hunger I drink chamomile tea . My hunger goes away . Try it . See you skinny InshaAllah. But don’t give up you will get stuffy nose or sneezing .

@@DrShahzadBasra haha okay. Dr Sb I brought Char magaz today after listening to your show. Before I was snacking only on almonds. Tried Char magaz for first time and they are not bad actually. I also use cloves with chew and park method. Two cloves can help you fight cravings for two hours or so.
