Hi Phily great video ❤ This is unrelated, but recently in the middle of my last 3 runs I have felt a sloshing sensation in my stomach and ended up having to stop because of a stitch. I have been trying to drink less water and leave time before my run. What is causing this. It is very annoying 😢

Next time a challenge: Can you get someone to run 25 laps one forward and one back (13 forward/12 backwards) resulting in a net 1 mile and you could call it the Longest Mile 😂

It's a fantastic event but the title is missleading. There've already been 2 faster 10k races on the men's side in march and april.
Quite right. Fastest women’s time this year though so I disagree about it being misleading

Just came across your channel the other day and noticed your boyfriend also runs would be great if both of you come up and do great Scottish Run 10K would love to meet you both get you guys on my UA-cam channel and see if you could help me spread the word and awareness of trying to get my eyes out restored again so I can run again freely without having to have a running guide and also get back into my Passion of martial arts most of all I do to run into raise awareness and fun so I can have my eyesight restore to see my little boy again he actually got a personal best today running with me at park run as my running guide

You know what it is though? Here in the the States we have over-the-top spectacles everywhere, all the time. The Super Bowl, monster trucks, professional wrestling, insurrections at our Capitol. You know what we call something like this in America? We call it Thursday. You guys had Freddy Mercury at Live Aid in Wembley back in 1685, that thing with the crowns a few weeks ago and now this. You call those fireworks?! And not a single monster truck. Just kidding, of course. Absolutely hilarious and brilliant, Phily. Love the Grind!
