If it's the latter, it seems that would make your goal of making Spain's Olympic team more diffucult! Great video! I try to eat as light as possible at night. Also, I heard of reading 20 pages per day or night is a good habbit to get into. For me, it is hard because between school and language learning a large part of my day is reading so, it is hard to read again even if it is just for leasuire. I should probably start off with five pages per day/night lol.
