The aesthetic of your place and the office blend together well which makes your videos very pleasant to watch whether you’re speaking or not, but I do enjoy voiceovers and because you’re soft spoken, it’s almost slightly like ASMR, which I love!
That's probably what I'll do. A mix of both. Because some do like the more chill approach to reading captions, but maybe for coding sections where I mention more things I can switch to voice-over to make it easier to follow too. Thanks for the feedback :D

Literally the most underrated UA-camr/Software Engineer. You put alot of effort into your videos and thumbnails, and your literally a cracked programmer to work at Hines, worked at the same place btw, but I wasn't as productive. 😂

I think you should switch up the explaining captions to explain some and do voice over on others. I don't know where it would be fitting. Like for meetings where you talk in the video you could do the voice over there and when you are working silently explain the stuff you are working on with captions.

Voice overs are better for short-form videos on other platforms such as Tiktok or IG stories, so far your captions and entire video is great.
