Molto piacevole seguirti mentre lavori al rimontaggio del motore GS. Sicuramente il migliore motore motociclistico mai costruito.

wish i had seen your videos before you installed it easiest way to install it back inframe is lay the engine on it's side on the floor then lay the frame on it lining what will takes less than 5 minutes easy i have done it your way also pain in the backside as you know not trying to tell you that you was wrong just a easier way i swapped my 850 for a 1000 1st time worked my ass off had someone suggest the floor method amazed me how quick and effertless it was keep it up your reward is a dependable fast bike that i love the lines and how it looks period of course it's old school and i was only 18 when Suzuki led the world of superbike racing with these same basic bikes which means i'm old also now dont mean these are bad or outdated though i will continue to ride mine till i cant anymore and i have a 550 put away so if the 1100 gets to be to much my i can continue on a smaller one for at least a while anyway keep it up youve done great Peace

Thank you for the encouragement. I had considered the laying the engine on its side method but was not sure how i was going to do that twithought building some sort of bracket so as to reduce the pressure on one point. So i opted to risk my back lol. Shortly after me and my buddy got this bike running before i started to take it apart I was very impressed with it riding characteristics with so much of the weight being low loved the way it felt to lean it. These bike are truly great thank you again.

Love your steady methodical work ethic. Your attention to detail is awesome! I have a 1980 GS 1000G that is in really nice shape but has a base gasket oil leak. I’m thinking about pulling the top end to replace all seals. You videos are very helpful dude! Did you ever put up the final video of your sweet ZOOK running?.

Sand paper, clean, Polish. It's aluminum so you can make it shine.
