Madam, I use to watch listen to all ur videos recently. I use to have panic attack mostly during night time. At that time I will feel very restless and will roam here and there. Then will go near pooja room and apply vibudhi. It will take atleast 15to 20 min to come back to normal. Madam, due to this I was also afraid to take covid vaccine. To avoid vaccination scare can i apply sleeping tablet after tacking vaccine. Can I use melatonin tablet after covid vaccine.
