It's why there are no English Crown jewels, and why Scotland's Crown jewels are kept in Edinburgh Castle, Scotland.

Queen Elizabeth was the epitome of grace and class. She has displayed these characteristics for 70 plus years as queen of England. I have always admired her and how she has handled a myriad of difficult issues during her reign. I pray for her family in the days ahead.
She's also military veteran of the 2nd world war. A mechanic and ambulance driver. The queen has served her country her whole adult life.

The Queen has lived a very long and formidable life. I can't even fathom everything she has done for her people. I almost feel as though she's become a royal grandmother to so many of us.
I lost my grandparents a couple years ago and it's so very hard, and with the Queen especially nations will be mourning for her. All I can ask is that she is kept comfortable and out of pain. No one deserves to suffer. My heart goes out to her and her family, and I hope she can rest easy, knowing that she lived a life full of important and wonderful service to her nation. Long live the Queen, and may her rest be peaceful ❤️

I know a few of the wonderful things this great leader has done in her lifetime...but the one that stands out most in my mind is the gracious and kind way she welcomed President Obama and Michelle Obama on their first visit with her. She proved she had more class in her little finger than the majority of our own politicians.
