That was the most useful tutorial about Master pages I've ever seen! I have ADHD and I'm struggling to focus, but you were repeating everything and making them so clear that I didn't have to go back again and rewatch thank you really! Keep up the good work💖🌸

I'm writing a graphic memoir of how I used my health and fitness knowledge to stop my mother with mild dementia from forgetting me, and it worked. I use PS for the background pics and of my mother and me, and I draw other people with Fresco. I’m almost finished with it, and I made the layers in each chapter by the page numbers, one for text in the speech balloons and one for the background images. When I go back thru and do serious editing, I will be adding in pages and rearranging. Is there a way to link the page numbers to the layers somehow for good organization, or what would be your best advice for me? Thanks for this video.
Hi Kaylene, what a heartwarming story to read, apologies for only getting back to you now! I hope all is well with you and your mother. sending positive thoughts your way! If this is still relevant: I would edit the images as you did in Adobe Photoshop and then place them all in Adobe InDesign. For what you are trying to do, I would consider using Adobe InDesign instead of Photoshop, as it is a layout application and much better for having control over multi-pages documents. You will easily be able to move pages back and forward and number them. If you have Adobe Creative Cloud, then you can download Adobe InDesign, alternatively here is a link: adobe.prf.hn/click/camref:1101lv3T3/pubref:KateSilverSubstack/destination:https%3A%2F%2Fwww.adobe.com%2Fcreativecloud.html All the best wishes! Hi! This means that you’re probably currently on a page and not on the Master/Parent Page. (Look what is displayed at the bottom left of the page, it should say a number or A-Parent/Master) Please make sure you head to the Master/Parent page and repeat this formula :) let me know if that worked :)
