This man knows what hes talking about right now I'm dealing with those finicky bites almost feels like a trout We're fishing off the banks with a lot of rock solid rock thinking about bringing the boat out so they have nowhere to hide keep breaking off
I really appreciate you sharing your knowledge with us and I really enjoy your videos. I have a question about how you tie on or more specific the knot that you use to tie the hooks onto the Kentucky rig. I would really like to use it but I’m afraid that my knot is insufficient to keep from breaking the line. Thank you in advance for this advice.
Hey Chris is there any way you can make a video showing how the demon dragon works with bait attached...it just seems to small to hold the size of baits you use off the bottom. thank ya
Hey Chris always love watching your videos they’re really educational!! Quick question why do you use a heavier pound test leader line and not the same as the main line?!?
That’s a good question and one I think I’ll use on a Tackle Talk Tuesday show. But mainly because that section of line takes so much abuse it’s subject to break much easier.
Chris Souders thanks for the response I’ll keep that in mind when I’m rigging from now on. What are some tips for catching a lot of fish when you have to somewhat fish blind my boat isn’t setup with all the electronics like yours?!?
Stretch is good when it's heavy fish. Braid has zero shock absorption. When boatside I've lost more flathead from a stiff rod and braid than I could handle. Switched back to 50lb mono and a 12/0 hook. No problems hardly ever.
Chris's channel has won me over. Consistent and dedicated. Love it
Thank You very much!!! I greatly appreciate the support

Love the videos.
What size weight do you like to use with the demon dragon?
What pound test do you use for the dropper loop on rig #4?
Normally like a 20lb line

Definitely learn to drag and drift baits. That’s a great way to find more fish.
Chris Souders I’ll definitely do that thanks again for your responses I really appreciate them and look forward to seeing more amazing videos!!!!!👍

Does the Kentucky rig not get tangled? Needs current? ( Bank fishing )
Hey Matt you don’t need current and most generally it doesn’t get tangled. Thanks for watching
Do you like CRAFTSMAN?????😂😂😂😂
GREAT VIDEO!
Haha MAYBEEEEE!!! Thanks for watching
Whats your 4 top bank catfishing rigs just curios?
They would be the Kentucky rig, Carolina rig, Santee rig and a bobber/float style rig
Number 1 is also how we fish for Wels catfish in Europe, with an underwater float.
Awesome
Thank you Sir
I have caught so many catfish on hard body lures that i would be worried i wouldnt know if the fish is pulling on my bait or that rattling float.
But how do you keep away the turtles?
Well unfortunately you can’t
Where I'm from your allowed 7 rods and reels per person
Where I'm from(communist state of mn) we get one on every peice of water except the Mississippi and st croix where we get 2. Wtf....

Slime line stretches to much
