I love how you use chopsticks to eat the cloud thing because I use them too to eat potato chips and Cheetos etc just so I don’t get my fingers dirty and accidentally touch my computer and/or planner stuff…🤣

Hi Sonja, thank you so much for your sweet compliments! I'm a strong believer that weight is not an indicator of health and I hope you aren't feeling pressured to lose weight. I'm not knowledgable enough on this topic so I'm cautious to give serious advice, but what I found worked for me is to make little changes that made me feel better overall both mentally and physically. If it so happens that what I eat to keep me satisfied puts me at X weight, then as long as I am happy, that is fine! Typical meals I make are veggie chili, glazed vegetables, vegetable curry, and pastas for dinner. I'm trying to fit-in more protein through lentils, chickpeas, and tofu. And no I don't get in 5 miles often! 5 miles was actually the longest I have gone when running. It's really difficult to have time for exercise when there are lots of work to do so I go to the gym for running 4-5 times a week, although I don't stress if I'm too busy in a particular week. I wish you luck on your journey to find some routines that make you feel better and stronger!
