Q: Do you plan before, during, or after the week?
A: It varies from video to video, but typically I plan 2-3 times during the week and stitch the clips together. I rarely plan the entire week in advance or the entire week retroactively.
Q: Do you use all of these planners?
A: Yes and no. Every week, there is something in my life that takes priority over the others whether it be school, work, or something personal. Depending on the week, I select a few planners that will help me achieve my tasks! So not every planner is used every week.
Q: How do you get so much done in a day?
A: If you watch any of my journaling vlogs, you’ll realize that I have very poor sleeping habits and so naturally I’m able to fit more things into the day. It’s something I’m trying to fix but admittedly this is the only reason.

Thank you so much for showing how long it takes to solve a math problem. Honestly I thought it was just me that took more than 3 hrs. solving for a calculus equation. Also, thank you for the study tip on color coding I will be using that from now on. You are truly inspirational.
I took a break before I went to grad school and I think it brought me a perspective that other students didn’t have. Plus you get to save.

It’s a bittersweet time as I remember. Congratulations it’s an accomplishment. And taking a break before grad school isn’t bad nor should you ever feel guilty if you don’t go back. And if you do decide it’s right for you, you will be more confident when the going gets tough

I believe that taking a break is great! At first, I thought the idea of taking a gap year was for people who just want to waste time. However, I changed my perspective about gap years because I’m burnt out already, and I’m a sophomore in college. Taking a gap year before I got to Med school sounds nice so I can regenerate my mental health lol. As long as you are spending your time wisely, I believe it’s worth taking.

Congratulations! I remember the relief of no more lectures. I think I just watched movies for three days straight 😂 Ube is a very Filipino specific ingredient. It's native to the Phillipines and much loved in desserts there but only known more widely in the last few years. I think it would be a lot of pressure to go straight into another degree. Everyone is different. You know yourself better than anyone else.

Congrats Helen! I cannot believe your are finished, I do remember watching you the second year of TCMC and it has been a pleasure. Love your store and you and your family. I remember Linear Algebra in college and it gave me such anxiety, and I thought Calc 2 was bad! My class was 740pm to 920 pm 3x a week, that is how bad it traumatized me that I remembered the schedule from 7 years ago lol! I know those days of spending hours on one problem and just like hoping it made since. I am back in college finishing up my BS in Psych, and I will be moving on to grad school, even though I need a break. But I am 41 and I won't to have this new career all done by the time I am 45 so I can do the big things.
I hope you had a wonderful and fun time in college. I really watched you grow and I feel like a proud aunt :)

I am very late watching this video, and I'm still watching it, but I just got to the part where you discuss grad school and my inner momma was so proud to hear you say you need a break! Yay for listening to your inner cues and doing what's right for you instead of pushing harder! Nearly every video I think of how much you do in a day, and sometimes I compare myself, but then I remember that I'm not in my 20's anymore, and we are all different. Some days my best is taking a shower and doing my nails cause I'm stuck in "waiting mode" and don't know what I'm waiting for. Anyways, it is always a privilege to watch your journey and will continue to watch no matter what direction you chose to go next.
