Fun fact: the reason revenants take damage from healing spells is because their stomachs are hollowed out so essentially the healing spell reactivates the pain of their gaping wound
I'm only 12 mins in as I write this but you've already mentioned a ton of things I never even knew about the game, after 800+ hours; the downside to the staff only affecting sorceries just to name one. This video is amazing so far, love it! Side note, watching you ride around healing/buffing during the Radahn fight felt like I was watching you control a Troubadour class character from a Fire Emblem game. Very cool stuff
I feel like putting my phone down and clapping lmao. That’s how excited/inspired I am after watching this! I really dig the solo gameplay you showcased here, and I love the idea of being the ultimate co-op partner for my friends. Not only is this maiden/support gameplay exactly what I had hoped to find when I searched for a “healer build”, but the video itself was so well made. Clear and informative narration and gorgeous cinematic visuals.. Great work all around! Happy to subscribe. EDIT and I totally dig the Runescape reference with max lvl 126. Awesome lol
I'm really glad you enjoyed :) Check out my other elden ring movie playthrough, this will be a consistent series on this channel so subscribe for more :D
@@GreenWolfEldenRing your character is so pretty too m would love to know the sliders for her . Unfortunately I don't have Twitter so I can't ask there :(
This is a very solid video - I do wish you had done a wrap up on your stats screen at the end, though. There were a lot of things I'd forgotten across the 30 minute run time, and without time stamps it was difficult to go back through and see your theorycrafting at different points of the game.
This is so cool! This build is perfect for someone wanting to roleplay a shaman/numen, which really fits the dlc. Roleplay builds are where it's at! Aesthetics over stats every time. Also get yourselves the new hand to hand weapons and you got yourself a Tsunade build! XD
I love how this is basically a more caster oriented, backline version of my first Seamless Co-Op build (Commander's Standard, shield and healing/aura incantations but ended up sloting Light of Miquela by the end to the detriment of my homie's retinae) You can throw Uplifting Aromatic into the mix to help your summoms survive big aoe nukes! Also, with that much mind and some focus boosting gear or bolusses, Lulling Branches can come in clutch paired with the Blessed Blue Dew talisman when you run out of flasks! I also really like using frost pots since the frostbite debuff lowers damage absorption by 20% and acid spraymist perfume since it lowers enemy dmg. Holy Ground is also great if your allies manage to stay inside, and you can even put it on a small shield!
Always nice to get to the DLC in under 2 hours with a level 10 death poker and level 10 mimic (which includes vanquishing Gaol Knight). This I'm proud of for some strange reason.
I would just like to say, the armor set you used is so similar to mine and yet, so different. On my first character I played with whatever I thought looked better. Until I got the red hold, a cloth garb and a pillory shield. With the Bloodhound's Fang as a weapon, that was it for the rest of the playthrough
Beautiful video 😊 I had a very similar character I used for Co-op. Her name was "Nurse". I would send my sign and help other people. Playing as a Healer is just so much fun when you play with others 😁
I'm playing more of a Redmage-style build in seemless co-op and with summons, but the spirit is still the same I feel. Thank you so much for this, more information about this is always, always, ALWAYS helpful, even if everyone doesn't like playing the healer.
The only thing that prevents me from playing full support build is the lack of summon ON THE WAY to bosses. Imagine running through the dungeon while tons of enemies chasing behind you and you can't summon anything to beat them. :/
If I remember correctly, the reason you can’t get Melina’s healing spell is because it was a direct gift from her mother, naturally making her version the most powerful version of the spell
problem with healer build is it's not fun exploring if only we can summon spirit anywhere but fromsoft still scare of how clunky the ai with openworld location I know it will look bad like skyrim companion but it will be fun...haha
Beloved Stardust is actually a really bad talisman. The combination of Lusat's staff plus Radigon's Icon also gives the same max casting speed, without the heavy penalty to damage negation. So unless the build really needed that offhand slot for something else, there really is no reason to use Beloved Stardust.
18:03 you say very difficult boss jokingly, of course. But your mini tree of dropped runes standing right there on camera. So, he at least killed you once that time, lol.
That was footage from another video of filming some different no-hit practice and setups against him. Wasn't even from a legit full "run" that was simply from some random attempts at fighting him. Morgott is a very easy boss, yes, lol
I wasn't too familiar with her, just looked it up! You're right that's a cool comparison! Tell me about her? How can I play FF4 is that a handheld game from many years ago? I thought FF was on like the 30th game LOL
No because there were no hard set rules for this run, lol. It's not a challenge run, just a showcase of the build. Towards the end I use damaging spells.
