Lots of people on Vital bash the new KTM'S and Webb's struggles, however, every test session with riders is super positive. Watching reviews after review it is top notch ratings. The bikes are race ready for 99 percent of the public.

No lie, your consistent praise of the handling of KTMs was a big factor in why I picked up a new KTM 250F this Spring (I dont need horsepower - I’m slow 😂). Have not regretted the decision at all.

On the Dyno it's highest hp 250 you can buy. I bought the factory edition and I'm in love. Runs way better with race fuel.

Most 250s call for a top end rebuild every 10-15 hours
@@philipdavis6171 not true at all. 125s.. when I was at south of the border I did my top end about every 35 hours
@@mikerossi2230 well go ahead and read the service timelines on a modern 250f. That's all I'm saying. Not asking when you decided to do yours on your 125.
Just sold my 250 ktm with well over 500hrs it had two pistons so far .
I guess if you’re as hard on your engine as a pro it would make sense. My 22’ yz250f app says piston at 12 hours. Granted I’m not very fast on the track and 41, I think my Yamaha motor will give me plenty more fun days before paying for more fun:)

Kawie/Yamaha/KTM/GasGas all make the best 250Fs. Though non are bad! Get a good deal on a Suzuki RMZ250 grab it!
AJ - I have this exact bike and you rode it at the 2nd day of the Casey, IL class!! I remember you were stoked on how consistent it handled. My suspension was a bit stiff (not stock) and slightly tall bars for you.

i have a 21 honda right now. I get what she means about it feeling like a 2 stroke. you have to ring its neck if you wanna hit anything out of a corner.

Yea definitely not in the agressive map, and if traction control was on I'm sure it felt even worse this bikes power gets neutered in any map if you have TC on

On the 23' the mode makes a huge difference. on my 23' FC350 the green map is literally unrideable it's so snappy and fast. Hell the "soft" map still comes on harder than I'd want, But it's just a fast ass bike i guess lol
Ummm I guess we all forgot about the yz250f that has won every shoot out since 2015. Best stock suspension and power band for most amateur riders…

the new Yamahas this year should be even better, I ride a 2021 yz450f
It has the most power out of any 250f. 45hp wheel hp.
You just need to rev it more.
