Decisions! What do I buy and in what order? Advice from max level 200. Call of the Wild: The Angler

I've completed everything possible in this game: 1000 reputation and diamond of all species on all 4 reserves as well as all achievements and mastery of all gear that I can acquire. I realized after I posted this that I missed highlighting Devil's Advocate in the Souvenir Shop. It is a 17.5kg/38.58lb Spinning Rod that is the best option for a float rod before level 100. It is a must buy as well and requires 30 gold, 3 diamond and 1 legend token. It's well worth the tokens.
