@@Mr.Autodelete I love meat and so does he, but yes he recommends 5 servings or under of red meat per week; white over red preferably; but above all a mostly plant-based approach is the cure to all disease so he says!
Just gotta make sure your integrating all the nutrients you miss out on if you go full blown vegan like protein, amino acids, enzymes, etc.

This unironically reminds of my grandmother that used to take like 5 different pills for medical conditions she actually had and another 10~12 because these first five had some awful side-effects.

Calcium offsets magnesium so if you drink more milk to fix a vitamin D deficiency (which may be very real in the Winter, depending on your location) you may also want to supplement with magnesium, since milk contains calcium. Milk also contains estrogen, so now you need to supplement with testosterone to offset that. :)

I mean.... as someone who dedicated their lives to studying Neuroscience, biology, psychopharmacology, etc.... This isn't too far off from what Rogan actually does.
Which is literally nothing of value. Aside from the coffee/butter thing. There's *some* actual science to that, in a similar way that THC is bindable to fats and oils, caffeine *may* bind to fat, but because it's so easily absorbed by the body in its salt form, it kind of defeats the purpose.
The idea of bulletproof coffee for me is that you can consume a decent amount of healthy fat in palatable way, especially if needed for keto

I remember when it first came out years ago, and the whole thing was to extend the buzz of caffeine, easier comeup, drag out the plateau, and then have a very gradual comedown, as opposed to a harsh, tiring, headache inducing crash. Which would actually be an ideal way to consume caffeine if it actually worked. But there's.. questionable science behind it, at best. Whether or not it works for weight loss and that bullshit? Highly, highly doubtful. Helping caffeine give a better effect? That's more likely.
@@henlo1910 hey I'm not much of a coffee drinker but when I was on keto bulletproof coffee was something I drank occasionally. It tastes like a latte and really blunted the ravenous hunger id wake up with in the morning sometimes.
