I recently read that seasoning cubes are unhealthy as a result of msg and preservatives. I was looking for a healthy alternative and this came up. Thank you.
Hello. Thank you. There’s a note in the description box below of this video, I explained there something about the salt. You may check it for further information.

Thank you. It’s up to you or it depends on the dish you are cooking. Just take note that with this recipe, each cube contains more or less 5grams of salt.
Hello. You can either add more or add less salt if you want. It depends on the vegetables you're using. Hence though that these stock cubes are meant to substitute salt when cooking. And stock cubes are naturally salty. In this recipe I only used 16% of the weight of the veggies used (which was 700 grams). And I was able to make 20 cubes, so if we divide 110 grams of salt by 20 cubes, there will only be 5.5 grams of salt in each cube. I use only 1 cube when boiling a 500 grams of water for my risotto.
Nope. I’m pretty sure that those store-bought ones taste differently with homemade broth cubes. These are all natural and without any food preservatives.
Can you also store without cutting it and just scoop a piece with a spoon whenever you need some? Seems to me that wrapping them is both a hassle and a waste of aluminum foil.
The things is this will harden so it will be difficult for you to just scoop a piece everytime you need some. But you may just cut it and store in a container right away without wrapping in an aluminum foil.
Yes, but you can always put lesser salt if you want.

A bit too much salt. Recommended salt intake per day is no more than 6gram adults).
@@jadejade5303 I don’t think though that you are gonna finish eating a whole dish in one meal using one cube of this which contains 5 grams of salt.

As long as it’s completely cooled down then it can be stored already.

If it starts sticking a but into the pan.
