Did you have any issues with the exhaust rubbing on the frame? I have that issue with my setup for some reason
Nah everything went smooth especially on the sway part good thing skunk2 header came with sway bar mounts with adjustment made it way easier to align the header to the point where it doesn't touch the sway bar because theres people out there where they remove the sway bar. Now is good that skunk2 actually figured something out to fix that problem with the header hitting the sway bar
And if you mean the muffler hanger on the back yeah it does touches the frame what i did was buy a rubber hose like from O'Reilly and cut a piece and slide on the hanger arm thats touching the frame to stop the ticking sound. If you want me to show what i did hit me up on IG: dc5_blue04
I did with my car, I solved it by getting stiffer exhaust mounts.

Did you need a adapter for the skunk 2 header 2.5 to fit q300 2.75 exhaust?
No adapter connects right up to the exhaust
It's a 2.25 inch exhaust tip
