What makes a bird stay in the air? How does the homing instinct work, and what happens when a pigeon falls through a skylight? All this and more, as our feathered friends reveal the ups and downs of life in the sky.
Nick Park’s Creature Comforts took the classic documentary style and applied it to the lives of wild animals and pets, matching a cast of clay characters with human voices to charming effect. Originating from Nick’s 1989 Academy Award®-winning short film, Creature Comforts was unique for using unscripted vox-pop interviews with the British public in a stop motion series that has become an Aardman classic.
The success of the short film led to two TV series, which broadcast on ITV, and an iconic series of commercials for the Electricity Board’s ‘Heat Electric’ campaign. Creature Comforts also went across the pond to the USA where the unique format was used once again to tell real-life stories from people in America. The claymation characters portray very human traits and contemplate absurdities of the universe such as, ""Do bald eagles ever feel self-conscious?"" and ""What makes pigs feel sexy?""

I think that, in real life, the Falcon is supposed to be a professional or semi-professional pilot, and he is explaining what his job involves.

The characters are so relaxingly crazy often(eyes freaking out/mad cackling/unexpected moves or accents...)

Love the bats, the wise fat hamster, the lion, the easygoing rats and the white rat with that very special accent,the two overstimulated monkeys,in fact, nearly all of your animal variety are so special.
The cute dog on the couch with the cat reminds me of Madeline's Genevieve.

Pigeons are not sky rats, they are beautiful birds. Do you know they actually breast feed their young, some pest coined that phrase and its got people scapegoating pigeons, beyond that creature comforts is one of the only things that cheers me up. More please.

They're birds, not mammals: they don't have breasts.
@@Lucius1958 Hes getting different breeds of Pigeon confused....one desert dwelling bird soaks water into its breast feathers to.suckle its young...the stinkin rats round Trafalgar Square are vermin...
