- Hi everyone, with everything that is going on I wanted to have a chatty update. To keep myself busy I also did some speed cleaning and gave my master bedroom, kitchen and living room a deep clean. I feel much better after scrubbing the house and it definitely helped pass some time. I hope you are all keeping well.

This is a moment in time that will be remembered for years to come.
I plan to make good use of my time just as you have. I'm going to clean my back outdoor area and get rid of all the dirt from the summer dust storms.

Yessss!! Please keep posting videos if you can. With having to stay home, you tube is another pass time that I watch. You’re right, we are all in this together. It’s crazy that we’ve moved into this massive life changing part of our lives. We have no control, and it’s so hard to not lose control. I went shopping yesterday, food and supplies are flying off the shelves. I watched as some shoppers were shopping like normal, and a few had full shopping carts, mountains of food, and literally hurrying thru the store and just grabbing for things. I was literally standing there trying not to let the tears fall. Hoarding is happening. Being scared, and not knowing is creating a bigger problem. Sending my prayers out, in hopes that this epedemic slows down and eventually we are all healed. Love your channel and the content. God bless!!
I hear you Maggie, I went to the shops just to get some baking supplies and the shelves were empty. I did manage to get the last bag of flour which gave me some joy. I am going to try and make scones!

Good job i was sat down i was worn out watching you. Im 73 diabetic and asthmatic so ive got to stop in for 12 weeks but it has to be done. Ive started my spring cleaning .doing wardrobes out draws and after all that ill be in my craft box and cupbourd getting my sewing machine out and just making things. then i might start on some cards.and weather permitting in the garden no time to be bored. we must all stay strong .stay safe.

I'm near 70 and live alone...been in isolation for 2 weeks now...place is so damm clean and tidy its frightening,... cat runs when it see me in case I give it another brushing (poor bugger is nearly bald!)...it's so good to watch someone else work. 😊😊

My job has stopped for a while too. We just need to stay calm and say a prayer for all those who are struggling even more. My heart goes out to those who have lost loved ones. We will get through this. I have been spending time organizing, cleaning and baking. Your bedroom looks lovely and your floors look so fresh.

Thanks for this video and the encouraging words. I know I feel stressed about this whole situation. I live with my elderly mother and a month ago, she was in the hospital with phnumonia for two weeks. So I stress about , what if she gets this virus. Her Drs called cancelled all her appointment's. I stress about my brother, he has leukemia. Like you said you have to let it out. So sorry you lost your job. Yes please bring us some of your beautiful diys. It helps to still interact with people even if you are not face to face. We are all in this together. The front line people are appreciated. Keep that beautiful smile. Thanks for sharing. Enjoyed your video. Good advice . I work in a community care home. Looking after mentally ill and senior sdults. Today I watched videos on how to make face masks. I will make them for my coworkers. There is a great demand at hospitals and nursing homes. It's getting to the point where I'm going to wear it out in public . Take care and be safe.
We have been making life as normal as possible. This, to us, is how we handle things. We've been thru some pretty tough things in the last decade, but keeping life as normal as possible keeps us focused , much calmer, and sane. Now is a great time for everyone to get all of those things done that they have been saying they haven't had time to do. This will pass, as everything does. Our shop closed Saturday (yesterday). Now we are also in isolation. Having five of us all at home is truly not isolation though. Lots of sibling board games, cleaning and art going on here. Now I will burn up my vacation and sick time until I need unemployment. Keep yiur smile! Do those things we never have time for working retail. For me that means deep cleaning, more prayer and catching up with friends on the phone or e-mail. Stay safe! 💜

When I saw you pop up in my feed...I remembered you saying that you work in retail. I prayed that you weren't going to be affected. It's devastating to hear of so many who have been affected but you have a tribe of friends all over the world that's rooting for you. If we can't do anything other than binge watch your videos... including the ads...we will. And if you need time to process this new reality...we will be here for you when you return. You have no idea how much of a good service you are doing for us by posting your videos. I have end stage cancer so am in the high risk group. I'm sure there are many people in that situation & even for healthy people having to be so isolated is hard. It's delightful to see your friendly face & get to "visit" with you, Pepsi & Blondie through your videos. We love seeing your talented work, but honestly, I don't think the content matters, we're here just to see you. So don't worry about what you put in the video, just keep making them. Btw, did that lovely bright pink sofa come with that fabric or did you recover it & if so, did you do a video about it? It's fabulous.

Well said. I cried for first time in 3 years whilst talking to my son in NZ last night.. Just would have liked the chance to give my kids and grand children a big hug before isolation. I am over 70 and in the vunerable age group. I am sorry to hear about your job. A 4 year old pupil of my daughter in law told her that this virus owes everyone a big sorry.
