1978 Honda xr75 Problem

I had this xr75 for about 3 months, needed a carb cleaning and got it running. It had a little valve noise but I never adjusted them, now I was riding it and all the sudden it died and it wont start. It feels like theirs no compression, and as you see in the video it makes kind of clicking when I turn it slowly. PLEASE HELP!

Compression test first.. always!

Its a bent valve mine had that too

Did you over rev it with a loose cam chain and it skipped a tooth and bent the exhaust valve. My nephew did that to one I had him pick up for me before I even saw the bike.
