Domestic violence, verbal abuse, death, chronic illness, and stress cause some to be cold and not friendly. Just remember these are free. A smile can change the atmosphere and cheer others up.
I definitely have a strong eye contact. I've had people tell me that I seduce them with my eyes, including women. This had made people more drown to me and i never knew why. So now I'm more carefull in who i give eye contact to.
