When the student surpasses the teacher. Urania, your topics and idea examples are wonderful. Each post is like receiving our assignments for the week. Flowers, massages, sunshine, and pastries....all such lovely small ways to brighten our days. I did buy a decadent pastry and a dozen roses (on special pricing ) for the holiday weekend (US). They are things that I enjoy and I am looking forward to my pastry this evening. For someone who indulges in occasional pastries and ice cream you have a lovely figure! Wonderful video.

Hi dear, please reframe from doing this exercise if it’s painful or discus it with your doctor. The options you give of hair and nails are great as they help us with our femininity.
For feminine energy embodiment the other two options I gave of breath work and/or massages would be wonderful.
And any practice that makes you feel good and connected to your body is a always a good option. I’m sending you and your baby much love. 💕🌸
