In this weeks video we made an incredible discovery in this abandoned house.. the home was still full with the owners personal belongings but sadly it was extremely derelict and in some areas very dangerous. I knew straight away the chap who used to live here was just like me and loved his cars… especially minis & Morgans! We found lots of photos and memorabilia relating to minis & the well known british sports car maker (Morgan) after making the discovery of x2 Morgans outside we decided to have a peek in the garages/ barns around the back… we couldn’t believe what we had found!.. the cars we had seen in all the photos inside were still here and in incredible condition!! The red Morgan had just 10K miles and the Green V8 had even less!.. the place was a true time capsule. After speaking to the neighbours we discovered that the owner was infact still alive and well, but the reason for him turning his back on this properly will remain a mystery. There are many reasons why he may of done this, i just hope one day all the precious items inside can be saved as the memories that had been made and left in this house are very special!.. if i even get the chance i would love to help the owner tidy the place up so he can relive the joys he once had with these beautiful and incredible cars! Hope you enjoy this weeks video guys 🙂

A desperately sad insight into Rogers life. I think that the worst part is knowing that everything that he held so dear is now just left to decay with no one to care about it (insert your own thoughts about the futility of life etc.). I'm glad the site has been cleared, I hope the right people benefit. Nice, sensitive video as always Colin, thanks
It would be lovely of you can find the family to get the cars restored and the land cleared
If the home is abandoned it’s likely owned now by the city or county. A phone call may allow for property salvage.
Roger bluff is still alive and well. He is still part of the morgan club. He is also part of the lions club . Very strange why he has left his lovely vehicles and property like this.
Is he still living in the same area ? and does he still drive a Morgan car ?
Yes, I spoke to him yesterday via email and he's still living in the same area.I don't know if he still drives a Morgan. He just told me he was going to sort out his property, vehicles
Bet he's not happy you've been poking about his belongings! 😢
@@peterblakey576 Is he aware people are going into his property ? Do you have any idea why he decided to just abandon his home & cars ?
Maybe ask him why he abandoned his property?
What a shame that those beautiful cars are left in the garage’s. The low mileage is mind boggling! They are in amazing condition, what a find! Great video!
Colin, I've forwarded the link to your video to some of the guys that work at Morgan 👍
Most probably one of your finest finds!
If only ‘Roger’s’ family or relatives could be contacted as I’m sure they could given all the paperwork strewn around the house. It’s the very least this home and its contents deserve.
Make it happen Colin as it would make a great follow up video!👍🏻
I doubt if that's left he hasn't got any family unfortunately
@@kriswilson265 if that is the case then it is a very sad situation.
The photo albums need to be kept with the cars. Especially the one of the car being built in the factory.
Richard Hammond would love that place. He is a huge Morgan fan.
I can not praise you enough for the amount of respect you have everything at the places you visited including there previous owners. You set a brilliant example of something that i feel should just be normal. I wish a few more of the explorers that post on UA-cam did too. Then just maybe, the new generation of explorers that get inspired by watching videos like these, would learn to see the beauty and value in respecting these time capsules rather than treating everywhere like crap
I could almost smell the trophy cabinet as you opened the doors. Memories.
I am fascinated by these videos, the discovery, the pathos, the sadness and the hope. But what is it with the obsession to find the mileage of every car? Respect to your carefulness and looking forward to the next chapter!
It's a shame the Morgans are just left, as well as the Cooper. They need a proper owner and driven.
Another great explore and finds. Cheers from the States 👊🤙
Such a shame to see those cars in that state, that Morgan outside is completely gone. In a way it’s good the other Morgan and Mini are inside the garage to protect them against the elements. Such a weird scenario to see as he loved that Morgan as per the pictures and he definitely wouldn’t have left without it, strange. Good video.
If the chap has family they obviously don't care about what's left behind other than that he may have been on his own great find very Colin very interesting 👍
my money is he has no family left
I've been through 9 mini's, and the Morgan is my number one favourite car, which I've never owned. I've been in a Morgan when I was a kid 30 or more years ago, and the experience was like being in a race car, being so close to the road
Cada ves que veo tus videos me recuerdan a mi familia, mis padres que no están, me producen Nostalgia, amigo Inglés, Gracias por todo lo que haces junto a tus amigos, Daniel From the Argentina
Great find, very sad after seeing photo's , of how much he loved his cars, i hope they get saved, so sad
Hi Guys WOW! What a find Colin those cars are amazing and must be saved. The money just sitting at that property would be off the scale!!! The owner cannot be still around he would have done something about those cars,as they must have been his pride and joy. You guys could chip in a buy one of the morgans I could just see you two driving around in one of them wearing bomber jackets and tweed flat caps.Great video Colin with your usual commentary full of enthusiasm, going to take some beating this one.Still look forward to next weeks.Take care.😀
Wow amazing find Colin poor Rodger leaving all those beautiful cars behind 😢
I think this is the most mysterious abandoned place I've seen documented. We know that Roger is alive and still at one point something made him leave his house and beloved cars behind. I guess that must have been a pretty dire incident in his life, whatever it was.
I love the at his favourite cars were clearly minis and Morgans and he had them both in red and green, matching colours
Mate could you locate the family? Its criminal to walk away knowing it'll all rot. Terribly sad to see.
Great one this one Colin it’s such a shame that it was all left behind it needs to get saved I hope someone can claim it 👍
I'm absolutely gobsmacked, what a crying shame! I hope they can be saved!
Very beautiful cars.
Now that my friend is a barn find
Fan bloody tastic
Malvern gazzette not so strange, its where the Morgan factory is, probably an article in the paper. You can go on tours of the factory, unless they have stopped doing them recently
awesome post. thank you as always
Awww Colin this was a sad but lovely video, I would love to saved those mini, such classic car, the Morgan’s are not my tasted 🥰🥰 but still lovely looking cars. 😀
That's a 5110 or 5130 Colin, loved this one mate genuinely gave me goosebumps
Hi Colin what a amazing find 😊
Another amazing Location, Colin, explored as always, with the utmost respect. What an array of Cars though: such a shame that they're just left there, to rot away. Makes you wonder what did happen to the Owner. Looking forward to the next Upload. Have a great Week.
Hi Colin & James. How are you?
I absolutely loved that video. Very beautiful cars.
Stay safe and take care.
It's sad to see someone's whole life rotting away love that old cutlery set and why you still opening refrigerators havent you learnt yet they smell like heck lol
Good find Colin xx
Amazing find miss your abando houses vids ✨
Wow! Shame about the cars. They are beautiful. I think that Roger is no longer with us. Those cars should be saved. Sketchy house. Fridge is totally gross Colin. ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
Apparently he’s still alive?
@@TheBeardedExplorerThink he passed away. I could be wrong. He could still be alive. Who knows.❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
@@TheBeardedExplorer if he was still alive he would not have abandoned that lot I notice colin still keeps walking past all the bikes oh to be able to rescue those
I watched that same house with all those cars by different groups of explorers. R you guys going to a same locations?
Hi Colin great find, but could this have been his mother's house, because no sign of him being married, if so then no one to pass car's on to 😢 they need saving 😉
Car Care magazine collection in the first bedroom behind the door at 14 minutes in. Got a complete set of those, one of my neighbours gave me!
Poor roger the history with them cars is amazing..shame to see it all wasting away such a shame. Hope he has gamy to sort it all out
The Green mini in the garage is a rare British Open Classic limited edition mini.
I've known several people that's walked away from their houses and left them to rot and decay away to nothing with all their belongings in them. Sad thing is some were distant fallmily members and others were friends.
Most of them owned 3 and 4 houses. It's sad to see things like that.
The Owner is still alive Apparently?? Definitely needs someone to contact him! As this house and contents an especially the cars are going to get ?? Well we all know an despise! Please help out Colin! 🙏! An 24/7 won’t cut it! As Ben did this on Thursday. Hopefully you will take it upon yourself to do what you Can? I know you will as a true Petrol head like Me! If Not send me a link an will do the upmost to HELP! Made me feel sick! Watching those lovely cars near a race track!!🤬🤬 Great 👍🏻 Content. But am really Upset! Take Heed of what I say Please 🙏!!
It's sad to see all these beloved cars end up like this...
That’s unbelievable what a find
Wow that's one of the Coolest finds I've ever seen lovely cars ❤ i wonder what happened to the family? Seems like he would or his family would have done something for his Special Order Car's be a very interesting story for sure. Hopefully someone will get and take care of it all 😢.
22:34 - 33:19 best time capsules video ever! 👍👍 Please find roger. Regards Tuomo Finland
These items need saving especially the photos and slides that are history of racing and shows, hope the family comes and rescue his belongings
Brilliant find!!!
Roger would be heartbroken to see his cars left to rot like this. What an absolute shame. Hopefully, the ball is rolling now to get them saved 🙏
You should really try and find the family or try contacting the Morgan owner club but they really need saving .
Morgan have been using Ford engines since the 50s. CVH was standard in the 4/4 from the early 80s.
Brilliant thanks Colin. I own a 1983 Mini 998cc auto. Love these cars-fantastic video mate!
This one hit me a bit! You work hard to afford nice things . In Rogers case his Morgans and when you go your pride and joys just sit trapped rotting in the garage in what probably once was a stunning garden😢
He may be alive, but he definitely isn't "well". No person in their right mind would abandon this! Being a classic car enthusiasts and I restore them daily, I really cant believe this situation. Im thinking this is a video to preempt a huge auction in the near future. If so, i wish them the best with the property and these beautiful classic automobiles.
Wow hope someone can get those cares restored, what a shame.
Hi colin what great find its so sad to see the house and those cars been left by the owner .pherhaps he became ill and lost his memory and had to go into a home and dosen t rember he got the cars and house
It’s like a family collection
The red Moragn is a 4/4 fitted from the factory with the Ford CVH engine (from XR2/XR3). 4/4 stands for 4 wheels, 4 cylinders (earlier Morgans were three wheelers). The green one is a Plus 8 - a later one with the 3.9 Rover V8 and 190 bhp. Great video, but as a Morgan owner, sad to see these cars left to rot away.
I think he is still alive and living his life elsewhere. This is what makes it all the more strange & sad.
Hi Guys
Great video and what a fantastic find #morgan
The circuit was Thruxton
Speak to Morgan’s owners club as those cars are on a register and they will get in touch with Rodger
Morgan did fit the Ford cvh engine along with crossflow and pinto, among many other makes over the years.
What a fantastic find!
Just shows how important it is to write a will even if you've got no family leave it to a charity I would hate people poking though my belongings very sad indeed 🥺
Another cracking video Colin and what a great find. Those cars NEED saving some way/how, the historical value alone on those Morgans doesn't bear thinking about! I hope someone finds some living family of the gentleman that used to own them and either gets them restored or that they go to a loving home to be restored to their former glory.
The race track looks like either Donnington or Silverstone
Silverstone
Incredible
It took my late grandads house 15years to sell due to my step nana fighting for it even though she had divorced my grandad ( my father's dad)
It would be interesting to know what he did as a job
Used to race in the brighton speed trails
Really weird as it looks like Roger Bluff is alive and kicking since 2012 in Brighton
Thanks!
Thank you Frank 😊
@@TheBeardedExplorer Your welcome Colin.
Hi Why are these homes left with massive Rates Water Electric and gas bills unpaid? I can only think services are cut off ?? I read he is alive and well....must be too many memories too much to stay but dont want to revisit..... Great vid 😊
Where did you read he's alive? Just curious as I can't imagine why he would leave his cars like that he loved so much. Unless he is in a home or elsewhere. Overseas maybe.
@@paul7TMspoke to the neighbour 😊
And what did the neighbour say colin, he must have had family.
You should do follow up’s as it would be amazing to see these car’s restored & back on the road.
hope someone saves these wonderful cars
Amazing find guys love your videos 👍
I think the first race track was thruxton
My friend Brian Hough from Wallasey died at Thruxton racing his TVR he won many races in his time..
Amazing.are you sure he isn't dead.maybe he is in a care home ?the neighbours might know.
Great!
mate went there months ago, sad to see those left
Well I don’t believe, those classic cars 🚗 are around. That Mini Cooper. 😮wow , but that brand of Car 🚗 the Morgan I’ve never seen nor heard of it, but it’s a beauty the red one especially mate Nice Video once Again my bearded Friend, for all us car fanatics on your channel 👏👏👏😎😎😎
kindelvanterpool....... Never heard of Morgan ? ! My friend what planet have you been living on.One of the all-time great makers since pre- WW2 days.......research history.....we don't mind if you are surprised ! So many people have any of these models on their bucket lists....AND the Minis..... real Minis, not those abominable BMW things.
@@user-pb8vc8vp8w Like I said I never heard of a Vehicle named Morgan… but it’s nice to see it and know about it now.
Can we hope that since the site has been secured those cars aren't going to be left to rot much longer? It's evident the owner is no longer in able to look after the place and seems he has no family to take up the task.
Cool cars m8 esp the Morgan's but whats happened to the owner they really need rescuing irrespective of the forest keeping them cacooned ...strange really m8 ...
The Morgan with the Rover motor is a +8.........usually the 3.5 motor.Later cars had the then current uprated motors.
Neighborhood knew about these cars for sure. Did they try to help the chap?
If you can find the tax disc in the car windows to see how long they have been abandoned
So sad. That was probably the first car he had made from the ground up and it sat in storage with only 5,000 some odd miles on it, until it became literally an antique. 🤯
Nice find. If those minis were rust free and running and driving they’re worth about £10k max (based on low mileage) they’re not early MK1 coopers etc which fetch silly money.
Those Morgans will be more desirable based on rarity
The guy in the photo looks like ' John Cleese ' !
Forgot to add.
Please try and follow up on the chap who lived there and let us all know.
I am actually heart broken for the man who used to live there. Such an undignified situation.
All his personal collection of photos and those slides collection need saving including his beloved cars.
I sincerely hope he has some family members around who can rescue his life's work and not let it all go to landfill.
Such a horrible situation.
P.S Guys, You should've zipped up that right section of the cover on the green Morgan to keep the debris and vermin out. That car needs preserving immediately !
You must be "BLUFF"ing that this isn't abandoned.. I bet that was a lovely house and garages back in the day.
Superbe post ! Tu pouvais pas nous trouver la date d’abandon ? Sur les vignettes auto?🤔👏😢
oh my god how peculiar. 🥰
Someone who's such a car lover would know way just leave them, no doubt he's passed away with no family or family of the owner live abroad and haven't bothered with the house & cars. If he was in a care home everything would have gone years ago unless he's a multimillionaire, when looking for my father for a care home they were minimum £1000 a week most around £1200 that's £60 grand a year , so he's passed away definitely.
I could do with some spares from that talbot express 😂 looks cleaner than mine
Hopefully everyone that will visit this place from now on will leave it a little bit cleaner and better than found ! And hopefully you started and putted back the shelters over the cars. Better than you found them....
All ready seen it on your mate's channel a few days ago I really hope all of them goes to the family as it's a expensive collection as Morgan's are expensive but I don't like them and my boys live near the factory
Perhaps the Mrs Doubtfire video is the clue as to where this chap went. Maybe he's Mrs Bluff now.
If he bought the Morgans as newly-built the factory would have records about the purchaser. Also the factory may be interested in rescuing them.
