I love looking at older abandoned homes/ mansions. But I also like the haunted properties. You do have to be careful and keep yourself protected from evil. As sure as there's good in the world, there's evil. Say a prayer before going in and once say a prayer that you're safe and clear. We'll say them for you if you want.

I heard this too. Sounded like a woman saying mmm hmm in agreement. Also heard either a heehee or raspy breath after he read the joke book. Plus the woman on the stairs. Unsure if he had someone with him. He would usually speak to them and say who they are if he was. I may have heard incorrectly, but I'm sure he said he was alone on this explore. Very creepy.

It never ceases to amaze me how a house becomes derelict. I mean presumably this house was worth a lot of money once. Imagine if I just walked away from my house. I cannot understand why people destroy other people's family homes. Looking for valuables is no excuse for breaking glass, dumping everything...It happened to us. My children's father's home was broken into and ransacked after he died.
Now my daughter has to clean it up so it can be sold. 😢
Yes it is a tragedy, and so hard to understand their ignorance in doing so. You can bet were it to happen to them, you'd never hear the end of their victimization. I swear there are people these days who are genuinely not right in their heads.

Adored this one because you are on your own. You ask why people switch off and sadly I’m one of them. Have followed you since lockdown and it’s always felt like it was just you and I going on an adventure. Which I love. I follow Finders Beepers for the same reason. But if you are with the Demon guy who’s crazy scary weird I last roughly 15 minutes and I hate to say it with the incredibly loud Irish lady it’s the same. She’s obviously a lovely lady but she’s all I can hear. So this explore was absolutely amazing for me. Thank you thank you thank you 🙏

Hya, can I just say how hearing how you deal with grief has made me feel better as I too think the same way. Both my parents past in 2015 2 weeks apart both only in there 60’s. I cope by telling myself there living abroad that’s the only way I feel I can still keep going. ❤ ( an evening paranormal would be amazing)

Loved this video Dave. What I really liked was the fact you weren’t completely alone. I always wonder about explorers like you, Matt, etc. who go alone. What would happen if a floor gave way, or some other incident that could keep you from leaving. So sad not to be able to properly walk around in that home, hard to get a feel for the place. When you went up the stairs to the 2nd floor it got creepy for me. All those angles create good hiding places for creeps. And the house is really cut up to make many small rooms. It does give a weird feeling.
