For years and years where I worked the excitement of getting out our Christmas tree and our Christmas decorations,buying new ones or someone crafty making new ones we were told that this year we couldn’t do what we had done for years.By the way this was my 25th year working there. And that was because certain newly hired peers felt they would be “bothered” by the sight of having the decorations put up……and they were NOT Jews. And because of these NEW employees we dismantled the tree and put away the decorations. It did NOTHING for employees moral….at least those that were hurt by this decision because of two people…..NOT Jews. Our Jewish peers were never ever bothered by this.

Islam in NOT compatible with the West, I've been on extended tours of The Middle East, Egypt, Morocco. I speak Farsi to the level of a 12 year old, so I understand a lot of whats said in conversation, and I can tell you from experience that they hate us and our way of life. Some of things they were talking about us made me very angry, and when we confronted them about it they didn't like it one bit.

These issues were brought up in the 1960’s. We were warned in the 70’s, we attempted to fight it in the 80’s, we lost in the 90’s, in the 00’s we lost even more ground and continue to do so.

As a Malaysian who is not directly involved in the current situation, I believe it is important for the British or the Western world (which is in fast decline) to uphold their cultural values without compromising them for any specific religious or ethnic group, especially towards the Muslims. While tolerance is crucial, it should not entail surrendering cultural values to minorities. Fair opportunities for all should be provided in terms of livelihood e.g. education, job opportunities etc., but not at the expense of disrupting the majority's way of life.
Drawing from my experience as a minority in Malaysia (where the official religion is Islam), I understood the importance of respecting the country's laws and cultural norms. I do not advocate for special treatment or the imposition of my religious beliefs as a minority on others especially the majority. It's essential to find a balance that honors both the rights of minorities and the stability of the broader society.

I was an immigrant who was born and raised in the Gulf (U.A.E). The law made it clear that you have to respect local laws and customs. Criticism of Islam was a punishable offense. Criticism of the royal family was a punishable offense. Criticism of the government was a punishable offense. Protesting was a punishable offense. Interfering in the Islamic upbringing of Muslims was a punishable offense. Live there for 20 years, guess what? You’ll never EVER be a citizen unless you marry a local and convert to Islam or invest insane amounts of money into the country.
